I came into H&M looking for kids shoes, obviously that's not their specialty. But I did see some cute clothes on "sale," the clearance price was still a little high for me. I just don't spend a lot of clothes from chains, if I want boutique clothes I go to a boutique. EVERYONE please pay attention to H&M sales tactics. If it's a RED TAG, it's final sale. Yet, there's no sign anywhere indicating it's FINAL SALE, NO WHERE. Not even the employees will tell you that it's FINAL sale. They all tell you that you have 30 days to return. Either they lie through their teeth OR being poorly trained. They refused to allow exchanging for the correct size. Will never set foot in H&M ever. read more

For affordable cool threads, what's better than a fast fashion outlet store? I shop here for basics like sweaters and shirts. Have never gone for shoes or pants. And, the clearance racks almost always offer something worth trying on, though the men's side is much less interesting than the women's side. As such, my favorite activity is to let her pick out a few things to try, then peruse the clearance racks and bring her wild combinations of items she might not pick out herself. This process has led to some unexpected and fun outfits she enjoys. Price are reasonable and the check out process is quick, though the line can be long on weekends. I have to admit that shopping here, I have mixed feelings considering the recent focus on fast fashion and the impact it has on the world. It seems we over-buy inexpensive, trendy clothes, then donate them and they end up overseas causing environmental and economic problems. We strive to handle that by being responsible consumers of clothing. read more

The store was busy, found a lot of great items, wanted to try them on and the dressing rooms were closed. I asked the two associates who were having a conversation about their vacations if I could try on clothes and they replied no because they were closing....there was still 45 minutes before the store closed. Not impressed with the customer service, not only was the reply unacceptable their demeanor in replying was childish and rude. read more

Good location of a good retail chain. They are good about carrying some cool choices. Today I found a bit of retro 80s stuff, including an obscure, deep cut alternate album cover on a pullover hoodie, the sleeve art for "Power, Corruption & Lies" by New Order, right there big as day. Came in for a quick return and of course I can't find a mask anywhere in my car or bag. Run in hoping they have masks at the front but they don't. Thankfully it wasn't busy so I walked to the front to ask the associates for a mask. Before I even got in line, Sydney, their associate, asked me if I had a mask. Before I could even respond, she told me I needed to put a mask on. I told her kindly I was just coming up to grab one because they didn't have any at the front. The man next to her gave me a new one. She unfortunately had to ring up my return too. She asked me if I had the card I used with me and I responded yes. She processed my return items as slow as she could. Hanging up the items, sensoring them, as if to be petty. She asked me what the last four digits of my card where and I told her by memory. She then said with an attitude "I need to see the card." I showed her my card and gave her the attitude right back and said "would you like to see my ID as well?" She said "yeah actually" I handed it to her and she threw my ID and debit card back at me on the counter. Processed my return, and threw my two receipts at me. Not sure what her issue was but Sydney definitely doesn't belong working behind the counter of a very organized, well run space. read more

Had a great time here today! Place was super chill and my daughter completely empty her dad's pockets. Wasn't as big as the one in the mall but had great deals and the staff was very helpful. Mask to enter, sanitizer station with mask and wipes (at the door). For a Saturday place wasn't busy at all, which I enjoyed (especially for a smaller outlet). Would go again, for sure! read more

I came in to return a shirt. The young woman at the counter was helpful and friendly.

I went into this store today to find some things to wear for the night. I was thrilled to see that they had so many options. All was going well until I went into the fitting room. There was no one there when my friend and I arrived, so an associate came to help. Moments later I hear a loud obnoxious lady outside of my fitting room stating that she cannot be in the area. My friend then stated that she wouldn't come in the fitting room with me. The lady stated that was not allowed. My friend waited for me outside of the fitting room area. THE MANAGER who kicked her out, then immaturely started speaking to an associate with red hair.. and they proceed to speak about my friend right in front of her stating how weird it is for two people to be in a fitting room at once time and how they just don't understand why people would do that.. then stated there is a mirror for a reason. As a manager of an establishment such as H & M .. that's pathetic and poor customer service. And that red headed lady is lucky I didn't drop the clothes on the floor that i tried on and told her to work for her $12/hours. I will contact corporate. read more

I completely agree with the last review people here are rude af and don't care for customer service shop online unless you want to be treated terrible and spoken to like a moron. employees are extremely rude! if you work here thank you for being completely terrible at customer service for your own ignorant pleasure :) while shopping i left a VERY valuable hat in the store on accident, came back minutes later to get it, and the employees very BLATANTLY ignored me while laughing about it for nearly 30 minutes. i stayed outside in the cold, waving my arms hoping someone would at least open the door to say "we're closed", to which i could explain to them that i simply needed to get my hat. it got to the point where i had to leave a note and use my key to push it under the door because people who were FIVE FEET AWAY from me and knew i had already shopped because they checked me out, completely disregarded my ask for help. thanks guys! read more
