Super disappointing experience at Men's Wearhouse. We purchased a suit here for our son's wedding and spent a pretty penny. For what we paid, I would have thought we would have had better service. While the first sales person was nice and they had a lot of options where we quickly found what we needed, the service after where they lost me as a future customer. My husband needed his suit coat tailored. The tailoring experience was a JOKE. It was almost weeks late because their button machine was broken and today when we went to get it, it wasn't there. I'm guessing they sent it out? Not sure. My beef is they NEVER ONCE called or communicated with us. Buttons. On a sleeve. Not a cheap suit coat. I won't return and regret not checking Yelp. I do not recommend this location. Very disappointed in the jacket and overall experience especially considering how much we spent. read more

[1/5 stars] - Poor Customer Service & Questionable Prioritization I visited the Men's Warehouse at 9300 Sage Meadow Trail, Fort Worth, TX, and had a frustrating experience with blatantly unfair treatment. Despite being the first customer waiting (for 15 minutes after being told to stand by the white table), an employee ignored me and instead helped a couple who arrived after me. When I spoke up, his only excuse was, "There are only 2 people working." That's no justification for skipping my place in line. Worse, instead of correcting the mistake by having the other couple wait, he offered to "at least take my measurements" as if that made up for the disrespect. I was left wondering why I was passed over--was it because they were a couple? Because I was alone? It's hard not to suspect bias when logic (first come, first served) is ignored. A reputable suit retailer should train staff to handle busy periods fairly. I'll take my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same unless this location improves customer service. read more

We have rented a tux from another location, but we were in this area at the mall and my son asked to stop in. Big mistake. This time, we were not looking to rent because we've purchased pieces to put together his own look. We were just needing a vest to match his date's dress. A man with a nose ring in the middle of his nose eventually came to ask if we needed help. By that time, I had found a couple things his size, but not color, so I told him we'd just keep looking. He looked at my son and said "yeah no offense, but you're kinda small". Excuse me?! My son has been in the ICU with organ failure and is battling Crohn's Disease. He IS small for his age due to health reasons, but who are you to point that out in such an unprofessional manner to an 18yr old boy who has already been through so much? Do you tell your overweight customers "yeah no offense, but you're kinda fat"???? NO. So why on earth would you make a comment about a young man's height? And such a ridiculous thing to say when we have rented tuxes from this company that have fit him perfectly fine! Why wouldn't we stop by to see if there was anything his size for sale? Unfortunately, my son is used to those comments from school aged kids, but coming from an adult at a company we have given our money to, we were both shocked and speechless. The weirdest thing was this employee was also helping an older man who was only about an inch or two taller than my son! So really, what was the point of making that jab below the belt to my son?!?! I should've gone with my gut when we pulled up to the store and not go in. We should've just kept driving to the Alliance location, where we've gotten great service in the past. However, knowing that Men's Warehouse has employees like this, we will never return to ANY location. If you are anywhere outside of the box of a typical looking male, do your mental health a favor and avoid this place. You turned a fun, carefree, positive, confident day of prom shopping into a VERY dark, emotional evening for us all. Chase Miller is our man! We walked in one Saturday after breakfast, looking to get some new dress pants for Maverick and Chase approached us immediately, asking if he could help us find anything. He was extremely helpful and patient as he showed us all the different pant options Mav was looking for. After spending about an hour in there, we walked out very happy with the selections we made due to all the great advice that Chase provided. The place itself was what I imagine you would see at any other Men's Wearhouse; it was clean and not terribly crowded. Chase said 2 people in their crew were on vacation so they were a bit short staffed, but we didn't feel the impact. We will definitely be back when Mav is ready for an awesome jacket we saw and would recommend this place to anyone interested in sprucing up their wardrobe. read more

What Men's Warehouse is doing to me right now is on the verge of robbery. I am trying to get a refund from the Hurst, Texas store from a men's suit jacket I ordered. They had to order it online (from this website) and it is supposedly getting shipped to the Hurst, Texas store location. My problem is that I have decided to go elsewhere and buy another jacket from another retailer for a cheaper price. I am being told I cannot get a refund because I have to wait for the item to be shipped. All I want is my refund. This is extremely disappointing, disrespectful and on the borderline of robbing a customer. the customer service at this location is horrible. I don't know if the employees are scared to talk to you or are mute. such a disappointment. Go elsewhere to find your suits... I promise this place does not deserve your business and they will steal your money if you are not vigilant like I was when doing my research. read more

Excellent, excellent customer service! I had the good fortune of being attended to by one of the trainers that went the extra mile in accommodating my needs for a major event that I had to attend. I was also very impressed by the presentation shown in wrapping up items such as a necktie and socks after the transaction was completed. The pricing is sufficient when you consider that you have designer brands such as Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Joseph Abboud. I was very fortunate to arrive at a time when there were items that were a "buy one, get the second one free or half off" that suggested that they were getting ready to clear out winter inventory and make way for the spring designs. Either which way, I was impressed with the quality designers that this location had for the price that was set. read more

I ordered some custom fit shirts toward the end of March. Daniel measured me for them. Said it would take a couple weeks for the shirts to come back in, and then a couple more weeks for the trailer to fit them. I didn't hear back for about 2 1/2 weeks, so I called. Daniel said shirts were running behind and it might be another two weeks. Totally understand. That happens. He called back a week later and told me they were in. I went in on Sunday to get them fit. Caden help me. I learned that the Taylor only works weekdays, so I decided to come back on Monday. I tried on one of the shirts and was very happy with how the neck fit. That's the trick with me - I have a thick neck relative to my body size. I am a bigger guy, but my neck is larger than it should otherwise be. As a result, shirts generally fit me like they are sacks. I came back the next day. Daniel was there. Caden was there as well. They got the shirts, and I tried one on again. The neck fit, so I was happy. The tailor came out and made a comment about the shoulder seams. He asked who measured me. Caden said that Daniel did. I know little about shirts, so I didn't say anything. I was just happy with the neck. The tailor and Caden said that I would only need to try on one shirt and if they could transfer everything to the other shirts. They said the shirts will be ready on May 10. I paid attention to my shirts over the course of the week, and I looked at other peoples shirts. In every single instance - 100% of the time - the shoulder seams were on the shoulder point I'm not 2 to 3 inches down the arm. It now makes sense that the tailor was saying that the shirts have been improperly measured. I went back in today to try to straighten this out. I told Caden that I thought the shirts didn't fit right - he's the one that helped me today. I told him that I thought the shirts were off in the shoulders. He went back and got one and and asked if it was just the one shirt. I said no it was a total of six shirts. I told him that they didn't fit in that I wanted to see what can be done to make it right. He said that sometimes shirts with bigger necks just fit like that with the seams 2 to 3 inches off the shoulders. I told him that no other shirt I had and no other shirt that I have seen shit like that. He said that it just happens with bigger shirts. That isn't true. Caden said that I had told them that the shirts fit well. I told him that I said the necks fit well. I told him that I was very frustrated that he, another salesman, and the tailor didn't do anything to try to get fit. I'm pretty hot under the collar at this point. I see that if he can't help me I just want my money back. Caden does nothing to try and make the situation right and says OK. He then tells me that he has many dress shirts that fit with the seams of the shoulder 2 to 3 inches down the arm. At this point, Caden has lied about bigger shirts sitting like this and has lied about owning many shirts that fit like this. He then tells me that he can't print out a receipt. At this point, I'm convinced that Caden has some kind of scam going on. I tell him I need him to write something down. I take pictures of the screen - he offered to show me the screen - and I take pictures of him hand writing a receipt. I do this because he's already lied twice in a five minute conversation. I ask for the manager's name. I leave, telling other customers who are waiting that they should be cautious if Caden helps them because he won't measure them right and he'll lie to them about how their clothes fit. I'm just downright angry at this point. I look at the reviews, and it's obvious that Shonda, some kind of manager, could care less about customers and customer complaints. If my money isn't back soon, I'll take legal action to get it packed. And in the future, I will go anywhere else for clothes. read more

This Men's Wearhouse location works for me because it's close to where I work. I can easily pick up things after I get off of work because of my crazy hours. I've been to this location a few times, and each visit has been very satisfying. There was a time when I bought a couple of suits for a trip that I was leaving for in a few days, and they told me that they could have it all ready before my flight out! As promised, I picked up my clothes before I left....nicely done too I might add. I've also used their Tux rental service. They took my measurements, and my Tux was ready to go in time for the event...no incidents, no horrible misunderstandings...just great service! The store has a great selection of suits and sport jackets as well as casual clothes. Whatever you're looking for, you're bound to find it here. The only negative thing that I have to say about this place is that I always end up spending a lot more than I intended to! read more

I will NEVER use this location again. Per my last review, we had a rough time getting our order correct. It took multiple trips to this store, a trip to a different location, and multiple calls to the store to get everything worked out. When we went to pick up our rental, my husband's shirt didn't fit well despite trying on tester shirts originally. (Reminder: Always try on the suit or tux when you pick it up!) Since it was for our wedding, he wanted a shirt that fit correctly, and the employee pushed back on fixing the issue. It did get resolved, and he was able to get a shirt that fit. It shouldn't have been an issue. They should have tried to fix it immediately. Not a fan of this store. Original review: Overall poor service! I had an appointment last week, and once arrived, I was told they don't honor appointments. When the manager, Shonda, arrived, she made sure we were serviced before the walk ins. Thankfully, she cared about her customers. However, the associate that helped us didn't put the order in the system correctly and didn't tell us that one of our choices of ties is no longer available. I went back today to fix our order, and this is when I found out that the tie isn't actually an option. All of these ties that are no longer available are still on the floor for people to choose. None of the associates seemed to know that we couldn't get the tie, only today's manager (different from last weekend). Pretty frustrated with the service we received from this store. Update: My order was still incorrect after going to this store twice. I went to the Hulen store yesterday to fix the issues still present. The tie issue was cleared up - the manager at the Hurst location was wrong, and the ties are actually still available. (Some stripped ties aren't available anymore, but the one I had chosen originally was still available.) The Hulen store gets 5 stars for cleaning up your issues! read more

I bought a suit for my son here last year and again a couple of days ago. I like that he can get a full suit for $99 and then the shirts were buy one get one free. The second shirt they did not have in stock but they mailed it directly to me a couple of days later. The service is always very friendly, my only complaint is that sometimes they will have you try something on and then disappear and then you are stuck waiting around for at least 10 minutes for someone else to come back. It would be nice if maybe they had a way to take a number so that each person had one sales person available especially when they are not just browsing but are actually being fitted for clothing. I like the selection and the quality of the clothing, and I'm sure we will go again. read more

My recent experience with The Men's Warehouse far exceeded my expectations. The business name has been with me since I was a child. I'll never forget the commercials, "You're going to like the way you look. I guarantee it!" So when it came time for me to up my wardrobe, the choice was clear. I was greeted very quickly while walking into the store. Even though at the time they were very busy with Prom season and tux fittings, I got personalized service from Mary. After quickly getting my measurements and asking some simple background questions like, occasion, frequency of use and so on, I was given some great options. The suggestions Mary made were outstanding. I loved the way I looked! I couldn't believe the quality of the items and in how much detail she went into about the color options and style of clothes I could wear each suite or coat. She made some great shoe and tie suggestions as well. One of my suites needed to be tailored, while the other had to be ordered. Both were complete ahead of schedule and when I came back to pick them up Ben did an amazing job and provided outstanding service making sure my items fit, and got me in and out in amazing time. I could not believe the reactions I have started getting from complete strangers on my new attire. In the first 4 days of wearing these suites, I have received 5 random compliments from strangers on the TRE regarding how great the suite looked, not to mention from coworkers. I'll be a customer of The Men's Warehouse for many years to come. read more

Johnathan Price was absolutely awesome! We lucked out when he approached us to help get my 6'6" husband outfitted for a week long trip to corporate in 2 weeks. Super friendly, very knowledgable, and a lot of fun. He taught us a LOT about high-quality clothing and how to look and feel great in it, and because my husband is VERY hard to fit, gave us great information about having custom work done for him when we're not in a time crunch. Even better, he let me know that he also does custom suit and dress shirt work for women. One of my best friends is an attorney and we have both despaired of finding quality suits and business wear for the corporate world. The women's fashion industry uses cheap materials and cheap construction. Bespoke fashion is not inexpensive, but for quality corporate wear that lasts and lasts, I'll spend it. Terrible customer service! I'm glad we are mostly dealing with an AZ location. We called ahead and made an appointment for a tuxedo fitting. I was warned that they rarely honor appointments, but I figured a Thursday afternoon would be fine. My two brothers were immediately measured by a polite gentleman, but he when he finished, he handed me the measurements and told me I had to wait for the women in the tuxedo department to check out. During this ten minutes, 8 other customers arrived after us and there was a huge backup. Unfortunately, these two ladies were completely incompetent and slow, there was no system in place to handle customers in any order, and I was ignored for 40 minutes before my frustration lead me to confront one of the workers. She asked me politely to wait, realizing that all I wanted to do was pay! After another 10 minutes, one lady started telling me how easy and quick it would be to check me out, but then pawned me off to the other girl. Finally, an hour after having their measurements taken, I was able to order and pay for their tuxedos. Of course, after we left, I went over the receipt and realized that she had typed the incorrect wedding date, even though 4 other tuxes were already in the system correctly. I promptly called the AZ location and was helped and the error was fixed within thirty seconds. A 15 minute chore became an hour-long ordeal due to incompetence. read more

I had a very mixed experience at this store today. I went in looking to buy a vest for one of the groomsmen in my wedding. I was helped by Ben who went the extra mile. The groomsmen is nowhere near my size so Ben even tried on the vest to give me an idea of how it would fit. He told me if it didn't I could return it and gave me a list of stores with the next biggest size. Easily a 5 star experience. Then when it didn't fit I had to return it. David, the manager, was with another customer. Returns require a manager so I waited while he finished with the customer he had. While I was in line waiting another customer came in. He then told me that he would be with me after he measured the other customer. A task the other two floor employees I guess were not up to. Then he pressured me to do an exchange without checking if it was in another store. He wanted to ship it to his store. I explained that I do not live close to his store and just wanted to exchange and get his help finding the store. He shook his head and explained to me that it would be better to exchange than return. I explained I would rather not. He reluctantly returned the item. He did not offer to help me locate the stores on my list. It seemed David only cared about sales for his store and not about the customer or the company. read more

The groomsmen for the wedding went to pickup their tuxedos for my wedding. They tried them on and the staff put their clothes in a zip bag. They were getting dressed for the wedding when one man unzipped his bag. He did not have a shirt, tie, or suspenders. He called the store and was told they could not help him. He told them to figure it out that he would be at the store in 15 minutes. He arrived at the store and they gave him a different shirt that did not fit. The tie was managed and they came up with suspenders. If the church had been more than 10 minutes they would have been late for my wedding. read more
