Their clothing fits every aspect of my family's lifestyle: for me, my husband, and two children. There a one stop shop and now closer to where I live! I didn't realize they have been open there at that location since March 2024, however I'm glad a found them! I love their clothes! Also, they always have a great sale going on! I find great quality clothing, shoes, and accessories at an affordable price!

The most annoying thing ever about their grand opening was the loud music playing outside in the parking lot. They had a guy on the side walk near the front entrance blasting music . They were also giving away popcorn and and there were high school cheerleaders. They weren't performing when I arrived. Therefore I'm not sure if they were there for the opening celebration. The second thing I noticed is the lack of furniture selection. The Marshall's in Kennesaw has beautiful furniture . There were people everywhere grabbing things as if it were a going out of business sale. Perhaps some people were happy for a Marshall's in the area. It looked like a rummage sale. Everything was in a disarray. I don't like shopping this way. Thankfully I didn't come to shop. I'm an observer first. Overall I wasn't impressed to say the least. As you may be aware Marshall's is the place where items get a second chance at selling. They buy their overstock from manufacturers at a discount. This means you pay less than what the large clothing retailers would sell it for . With this being said, the items aren't plentiful from the start. This location has limited selection than the norm, because the store is very small. It's a cramped shopping plaza with too many shops in the parking lot for it's size lot. I foresee it being one of my least places to shop. Once everything calms down and the hype is over. It will be ok for the residents near by.

The store is well-organized, selections are solid across clothing and home goods, and the frequent discounts and rewards make it easy to feel like you're getting good value. Employees have generally been helpful and approachable when needed. It's a dependable, well-run store that keeps me coming back, which says a lot after this many years.

My teenager tried to call the scheduling manager, but could not get through to a manager to advise them of their circumstances. At first, I figured it was due to less work available, but later I found out that there was still a labor shortage. With the Economy in the state that it is in now, there need to be better managers and leaders with good people skills, organizational skills who value their Employees! Horrible Management and Horrible Employee inclusion!! I called the Hiram store location several times over a month and could not get through to a manager and when I got a chance to speak with the scheduling manager it got worst! I asked what happened with the schedule and they said they needed to speak with my teenager, so I got my teenager on the phone and then they said my teenager needed to come to the store. So after we spoke with both managers, they said again my teenager needs to come into the store, then I said okay after a few minutes of frustrating conversations. So I asked, when will the manager be available, then they said they could not give the information out. What! I had agreed with them, then they said they could not give me that information. It sounds like they had no intentions to resolve this issue. So here we are. Why are we wondering why we have a labor shortage? It is clear that we need competent leaders and managers who know how to manage people and treat their Employees well! I have reached out to corporate because this was one of the worst experiences I have had to see my teenager go through. No parent wants to encourage their children to be independent and learn good work-life balances and work ethics when the people in leadership do not understand it.

There was plenty of parking and I was able to find a spot near the front after pickup for easy access to the restroom even on a busy weekend evening. This location is close to a lot of other conveniences and restaurants. I might have to come back and try the Reveille Cafe location nearby.
