Further as a woman with broad shoulders and curves on top of muscles: sizes that fit me are actually available, even for socks and shoes! I normally wear size 10.5 wide width shoes which means I cannot buy socks with girly prints, I have to go find buy men's sizes. Service was great. Everyone there was very helpful. Also they had no issues taking an e-gift card that I had which had no sku to scan. The person at the register types the code in with absolutely no argument. Duluth Trading Company is a clothing retailer that sells high quality work clothes for men and women. I've been a fan for years of their high quality flannel shirts and comfortable t shirts. I would best describe their stuff as functional and efficient. A cross between REI and LL Bean. Their fabrics are usually a cut above others and marry performance with function. This store in Kennesaw opened June 28,2019 in the same shopping center as the Michaels, Aldi and Petsmart. It's across the street from the never enough cashiers working Costco https://goo.gl/maps/jg5TwhGmSa6fnYFs7 The company is owned by the Finnish giant Fiskar (you know the orange handle scissors company) The company also owns The Royal Copenhagen brand, Waterford and Royal Albert. On the day that we went it was grand opening so tons of sales and specials. There are plenty of parking spots and every cash register was open and checking people out. The sales people here are super well trained and are very attentive. They have tons of knowledge on how the item is made and what sets it apart from the rest. Their commercials are catchy. I decided I wanted to go see the store in person. Only one in the Atlanta area. So we traveled to that side of town. The store is clean, there is a greeter, the doors are wide and can be opened by the handicapped with a button. The store was stocked, mainly with men's clothing but they did have some nice women's things as well. I have to say, the quality of the items looks good. The material felt nice, it's heavy and most of the items have pockets. For people that live in cold climates or work outdoors, these are clothes for you. In the back of the store there is a small seating are and television for spouses to hang out. They also have numerous novelty items, for pets and for Christmas ( It's November 2020 ). And I didn't get a picture of it, but the cartoon dude in the commercial is a feature on a chocolate man on a stick! Love that idea for a gift! The prices in this store are a little higher than I am used to . But we bought a pair of man's pants and underwear to try them out. We will have to review these at a later date. read more

I love their quality, but Highly HIGHLY suggest not doing the buy online and In store pick up. I've done this a few times this holiday season with this location and have yet to receive all of the items in my order, or even all Of the items period. Calling the store and leaving a message didn't get me a call back. I ended up calling again to find out what my options were had me on the phone to have them locate the product and then once they did, I was told "we can't hold this for over 24 hours." All of this for them not including the proper items for my pick up in the first place. This is not my error! I support local businesses as a rule, but will purchase online and have things shipped going forward. My time is valuable too and I need to know it's right. read more

Placed an online order with this place - for in-store pick up - two hours later I show up because I'm in the area & it's a hike coming down Barrett Parkway to this place. they can't give it to me because there's 6 staff members wandering around aimlessly but only one who's in charge of pulling online orders. they have no way in the universe of selling me the items I purchased online. I even went and pulled them myself - nope that doesn't work. manager refused to come out of their office. Terrible return policy. Bought a longtail T. I'm 6'4" and the T goes down below my crotch. Looks like I'm wearing a dress. Not sure who they were thinking of when they designed this T. Paid $15 for the T and they want $8 to return. Really- 50% of the purchase price for a return that is 100% their fault. Never shopping here again. read more

BUYER BE AWARE!! I ordered online, Ireceived the wrong size. I called "customer service" to handle the exchange. I ended up being sent an entirely different shirt and brand. Their ads are kinda cute and the clothing is pretty good quality - but still pretty pricey - close to $30 for one pair of men's undies is above a lot of folks' pay grade, don'tcha know? That being said, we decided to buy a few things around Thanksgiving, including a few pair of the aforementioned boxer briefs. One pair melted in the dryer (even though the rest of the items were fine. Figured it was a fluke, but still took them up on their guarantee against defects. Since it had been under a month, we went back with the packaging and receipt in tow to exchange them (yes, we wash clothing before wearing even if it is new - especially in these pandemic times - so they were clean/unworn). Should have been no biggie, and we were going to get a couple other things that had struck our fancy. The long line was understandable and to be expected, as it was Sat. 12/11/20) but the employee that handled our transaction (Scarlett) was very rude to people - before, during, and after the transaction. It's one thing to pay a lot, but we don't want to pay a lot while being treated badly. Not sure if it was personal, or if she was having a bad day, but we decided not to buy the extra things we had picked up as Xmas gifts, especially with Target right across the street - close by and with nicer attitudes.
