Rude ass employees and managers are liars when you call to complain bout said employee(s). I was told that she was goin to front to talk to that cashier annnnd her not knowing that I was still at their store. The manager did not come out of her hiding place. I have shopped in this store for several years but today I left there very disappointed. I purchased an outfit last week and rec'd a Senior discount and after trying it on at home, returned today to exchange for another size. Same outfit and was told I would have to pay the additional amount that was given as a discount on day of purchase. I felt it was an even exchange and asked for the manager. The young lady said she is the manager and the discount would not be honored. So I left Ross with receiving a credit on the purchase and a bad feeling about the customer service I was given. I'm not sure how I feel about this store. I've only been here one other time about a year ago and I though the store felt empty. Maybe the space is too big them. I'm not sure but it feels empty as if I'm at one of those "going out of business" sales. This trip was the same way. The store had big gaps of empty shelves on the wall. So much so that I asked one of the sales associates if they were getting ready to close. He said no. They were just temporarily out of merchandise because of the holidays. I rate this store low because of bad customer service. I called ahead of time asking if they had an item. They said they couldn't tell me I'd have to come in and then they would help me. So I drive 25 minutes there and they don't have the item, nor did they want to help me. read more

IDK, wow. I was greeted when I arrived! It had everything that I wanted and know I didn't need! Hahaha some athletic shoes, socks to match a ball cap and a jacket. The ball cap I knew if I'd bought it at 'Lids' I would've lost a hip, it's very expensive. Luckily 'I Got It At ROSS!' The line to get to the register moved relatively quickly. read more

Hate shopping. "Retail Therapy" has never been my thing. But I love Rosses. I do go to this one in Kennesaw most often. Usually you have to look through things, but the prices make it worth my while. They have great merchandise like sheets and shoes and clothes, at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Even, if I do not buy anything, I still like to go and look. I am over this Ross. I have come numerous times and the employees are overworked and overwhelmed here. There are always a ton of people, no shoes, and huge messes everywhere. I can usually find about 20 things at any given Ross, but this one definitely falls short. The register wait time is usually around 15-20min even though the employees are trying to keep up. There just never seems to be enough registers open. read more

SECURITY!! This store is located off of Earnest Barrett Parkway on Prado Lane next to Stein Mart Dept Store. It seemed a little dated and not as fresh as other Ross stores that I have visited. It also doesn't have the clothing options that some of the other stores, but this may just be because it is heavily shopped. It's difficult to assess this on one visit. I can say that this is the first Ross I have ever seen with an actual security screen mounted on the ceiling. I am accustomed to the friendly security guy that greets you as you enter and offers assistance when needed. This was really strange. I have learned that different locations carry different items, some stores have great clothing options, so have great household items. It is just a matter of getting to know which location best meets your needs. I will always love Ross, because it is the ultimate treasure hunt and I do love a good hunt!! read more

Usually I love shopping at Ross , it's one of my favorite stores. Today I got off work & decided to drive 25 minutes to this location & arrived at 6:45. Only to find out that the doors were already locked & they were no longer accepting customers. I was highly disappointed. There wasn't even a long line inside the store for check out , they simply weren't letting anyone in. The door & online says it closes at 7pm. I feel like this is highly unprofessional of them . If selling for less means cutting back on things like cleaning the bathroom then they really ought to rethink that. This was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen. Then the check out experience- four people in line and one cashier working while another one rummages around the cashier station endlessly and tries not to make eye contact with those of us standing in line. The store was above average for all the Ross stores I have visted. It actually had a jewelry counter. No one to help in jewelry. Not much jewelry or watch merchandise either. Shoes were scarce, a few straglers here and there on the bench and floor, but the selection was very undesireable. Lots of options for plus size women, which appealed to me. I used the dressing room. Came out and was "told to go back and hang up the items I didn't want" no please, no manners....by the dressing room employee. Wait...what? I said sure and put them back, because I was going back in the direction, but first I needed to use the ladies room. The bathroom is very grimey and the toilets smelled of feces and the floor was thick with dirt. It had not been cleaned PROPERLY in months. My goodness. I will only go back to this store due to the plus size selection. read more

The young black femal mgr. at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional. Came back to the store to pick up a bag that was left behind the night before right at closing. I called and spoke with the associate at the jewelry counter who remembered me as I was the very last customer that night. She told me to come by and pick it up and said she would write my name on the bag. I came right after work and she had already left. Another cashier was in the middle of assisting me and the mgr. walked over and interrupted us asking me for my id, which unfortunately, I did not have with me. I told her my name and the entire contents of the bag and she stated that if I didn't have my id she would not give me the bag. Told her who I spoke with. She still was insistent on NOT giving me my items--Like some RANDOM person would be able to come in and know all FIVE items in a bag BEHIND their counter as well as MY FULL NAME!! (Insert eye roll emoji). She finally calls the associate from the jewelry counter who assures her I am in fact who I say I am. She then, proceeds to get smart with the associate on the line telling her she should have told her I was coming. I snatched my bag and left as she was still talking with the associate. All that for a $25 bag of stuff. Very unprofessional to speak to the employee that way in front of me. She should've saved that conversation for another time as well as not treated me like a criminal for returning to get MY items that they forgot to give me at check out. :/ Not sure how she got her position, but I'm sure there was another more qualified candidate--one who probably knows the meaning of a hot comb. read more

After driving for 15 minutes to catch this store, the door is locked. It's 7:45 and the door clearly states the store closes at 8:00PM on July 4th. Customer service rep locked the door and told me that they closed up early. Poor customer service. read more

I wish this location had more clothes almost like Burlington . The clothes here are very scarce so good luck with your findings. The home goods is very thrown around so depending on what your buying, you may want to check the box to make sure it's not broken. The checkout process is faster at times. 10 am on a Sunday morning, had a few items. A new cashier tried her very best to ring me up. Her "trainer" kept shooting me dirty looks and was not being helpful at all in terms of helping this new employee how to work the register or in the way of friendly customer service. If that's how this store is training new employees, I feel bad for the new employees as well as the customers. read more

This is my favorite Ross in metro-Atlanta. Their selection tends to be a cut above the other ones I've visited (the one on Howell Mill and the one in the Edgewood shopping center are two I'm thinking of), and I can always find awesome stuff here. The poor staff seems overstretched, and it's not uncommon for me to spend a lot of time waiting in line at the register. But, you know, it's a discount store. read more

Nothing special jumped out at me... HOWEVER Ross is the biznezz! I love their extended holiday hours. Last year it was up to 2am.

I love going here. You can always find things cheaper then at another store. I get a lot of birthday gifts here. I also like to buy dresses here cuz they are nice but cheap. Going back a couple of years, I used to frequent this store often. It seemed okay then. However, this last trip was a disaster. The store was in a mess, stuff all over the place, clothing on the floor and people letting their children run amuck. The mouthy young lady at the register was LAZY, RUDE AND CONDESCENDING to say the least. The price was missing from the garment and I told her the price as there was more than one. She told me that I had to go and get it, which didn't sit right with me when they had other employees who could have clearly done a price check of gotten the item with the tag. She attempted to charge me more when I quoted the price. I went back and got the item and she still kept making rude remarks. No customer service skills whatsoever. It was so bad that I lost my temper at the counter which I don't usually do. I was too mad to talk further so I left but should have asked for a manager for what good it would have done me by the looks of the store as a whole. By the way, those pictures that were posted had to have been right after a clean up or first thing in the morning. Go in on any given evening after five or weekend after 3pm, you will see a different looking store. I am done with that Ross and will ride a little further to shop with peace of mind and employees who have some kind of customer service skills. Horrible! read more

Decent customer service and decent selection depending on what you are looking for. I would never shop here for anything beyond bow ties, socks, house goods, and whatever randomness they have. The boys toys section BLOWS!! my 5 year old turned his nose up at it and this is a kid who enjoys making guns with sticks, so if he couldnt find a toy he liked you know its a problem! The womens clothing selection isnt a good as other ross stores i have been to. the store could be tidied up more but I understand how it is when you deal with customers with no couth or home training putting things back just anywhere. I came here to look for back to school stuff, the bloody store was ransacked! Now I'm giving a pass because I came 20 minutes until close but I did luck up on a sponge Bob lunch box for $4.99 no tax! :-) I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because when I come I usually find what I'm looking for or not looking for. read more
