When I arrived for my appointment I was swapped out and got another nail tech. Since I had been clear on my expectations I thought that the other nail tech must also be of the same caliber, she WAS NOT. I asked her to redo one nail that was really bad, but didn't have time to point out all of her other issues since I had somewhere to go and on top of that, she cut me. I will not be going back.

She did this despite the fact that she was closing for the day and ready to leave. I am so impressed with her professionalism and willingness to assist me. She took the time while taking off the botched job to even educate me on the pros and cons of gel versus dip, and based upon the length of my nail to explain to me which process would be better.
