My daughter went in on a walk in basis to get her nails done for prom 4/9/26. The only kindness that was received was for the payment for the poor service that was given that day. My daughter has small dainty soft hands and the nail technician was careless and heartless to the pain that she caused my daughter. Not only did the tech Loann cut her cuticles and skin - she made my daughter's fingers bleed! She didn't slow the speed of the drill nor did she take care when filing for the finish. The nails were crooked, bumpy and uneven! The response was uncaring and only a $20 gift card for another service for a return visit- that doesn't make up for the carelessness and quick service because they want to get paid paid for poor workmanship of nails- we are NEVER going back to that place! I warn YOU to be careful! My daughter had the nails removed and had gone through more pain because the alcohol was burning her cut fingers! They used the drill again causing more pain! My daughter was crying because of the pain she had to endure again! They smile in your face and talk about you in their own language! All they care about is getting paid! They don't care of how the custmer feels or what pain they are causing them! They are not your friends- they only want money for quick service no matter what! They pretend to be kind, but only want your money and over priced BAD service! They don't even clean in between customers! There's dust from filing from other customers and the equipment is dirty from not wiping things down and sanitizing! No paraffin wax or hand massage. This year I went to Nancy from Victoria Nails & Spa for my nails. She does all types of shaping and designs. I showed her my reference photos and they come out the same or just as better. I am still in love with my graduation nails, it might be my favorite set I have ever gotten done by far. She's very sweet and will listen to your opinion, don't be afraid to tell her if you want the length or design adjusted. Just tried Victoria Nails and Spa for the first time today after driving by it several times a week for a few years now. I have been going to a salon in Leesburg for awhile now and for the last couple of times I've not been very happy with how my nails turned out. So, when it was time to get the Holiday colors replaced I thought I'd try Victoria's. I'm so glad I did. My nails turned out just lovely. My tech was Tina. She was so friendly and sweet. I'm glad I took the chance and stopped in. I don't get anything fancy just basic gel polish so I can't say how they do on some of the more intricate designs but for me Tina did a perfect job. read more

I have to say, I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. I've been going here for about a year now and I really enjoy this nail spa. I've tried several in the Leesburg/Sterling area and go here because it's clean, they're not very aggressive with upselling, and they keep the non-English chatting to a minimum. So, it's interesting to see reviews that say the exact opposite. I've been here at least 10 times and have never experienced what the other reviewers mention in their complaints. I usually get a spa pedicure with gel nail manicure. They do the hot wax for both feet and hands as a standard, not an upsell. They also use clean equipment and give you the files they used to take home. I've never had a problem with chipping. Once I got a French manicure where the white tips were a little crooked, but that's really the worst that's ever happened. I've had several techs and they're all super nice. I also like that they play the cooking channel on the TV. I've left more than once with new cooking ideas. I don't know that I've ever been to what I would consider a 5 star nail salon, but this is definitely the best around these parts. I hate going places where they make you feel ugly just to sell you something, and I have absolutely never experienced anything like that at Victoria's. read more

I am "obsessive compulsive" when it come to nails.. and I've been to a lot (when I say a lot I mean over hundreds) of nails salons because of this reason. And time after time was one disappointment after another, that is until I found Victoria Nails & Spa. Whenever I stray away from this place I always regret it and always end up appreciating them just that much more. I've been a customer (and a fan) since they opened. I've been to every nail salon in Leesburg and hands down this is the best one I've ever been to PERIOD. The prices are more expensive than other nail salons but I realized we're paying for their QUALITY of service. The tools are always sterilized and fresh out of the sterile bags. Nail files, buffers and the pumice stone (foot scrubber) are for yours to keep, so you know its brand new! A lot of places I've been to are guilty of NOT properly sterilizing their tools in between customers! That is GROSS! Ohh and the paraffin wax is included with your regular manicure and/or pedicure!!! I never even knew about paraffin wax till I started coming here (and because no other nail salons I've been to ever had it included in their regular mani/pedi) and that stuff is amazingg. The staff is VERY friendly and they take their time to do everythinggg. I've never felt that I was being pushed aside for the next customer or pressured to upgrade to the more expensive mani/pedis. They're always professional, consistent and awesome! WORST nail "salon" in the Leesburg area. I took my sister here for her 13th birthday, hoping for a nice, relaxing time, and it was anything but. Everything felt rushed. From the pedicure to the manicure. We had FIVE DIFFERENT NAIL TECHS switch out and finish each of our nails. I did not receive the hand massage that was included in my mani fee, because we were hurried The people employed there and the owners cannot speak or understand enough English to understand what nail design we wanted, let alone run a business.This is NOT the place for even a simple nail design. The nails tech DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Two of my nails had lines in the gel nail polish, and I wanted to see if the tech would notice/say anything, even though it was apparent that it was damaged. She said nothing and did not offer to fix it. I did not see an AutoKlave in this salon, which is used to sterilize instruments such as nail files. All of the "sterilized" nail files that were used, were already opened and looked like they were not clean. Just because a place LOOKS clean DOESN'T MEAN IT IS. This nail salon is the worst! I came here one time (big mistake) because i was desperate and my regular salon doesn't do walk ins. The lady who did my nails said she was there for 10+ years, but she didn't take off my SNS completely causing it to lift. She then had me wash my hands and then proceeded to put on the new SNS. When my nail lady i always go to (cami at leesburg nails) took the sns off, she explained to me that the coat she didn't take off completely started to lift and water got trapped under the new SNS causing me to get a fungus!!!! (the dark spots on my pinky and ring finger) Moral of the story, don't go here unless you want something like this to happen. Victoria Nails & Spa is by far my favorite nail salon in the Leesburg area, and I think I've been to all of them. They do a fantastic job, are friendly and courteous, reasonably priced, clean, and just great overall. I used to go there every two weeks for my gel fill, plus frequent pedicures and brow waxes. I never had any problem with a service at Victoria. Naturally I had my favorite tech but even when she wasn't available, other techs did a fantastic job and I never had any reason to complain. One time, I broke one of my gels at work trying to open the clasp on a hard-sided briefcase, and when I went to Victoria that afternoon, they fixed it for me completely free, even though it was technically my fault that it broke. I have to say I read some of the negative reviews, and I just can't believe those reviewers actually visited the same Victoria. I have never been treated rudely there, they always show me the utmost courtesy, including the managers and every single tech. Although I gave up my gels, I still visit Victoria regularly, and I will continue to go there for any mani/pedi/waxing needs. I heard they now offer the Shellac manicure, and I can't wait to try it! I wish I could give zero stars. I will never be back. I went to get dip and it was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The point of the dip powder is there is no need for UV light because it's not gel. Well at the end of the manicure (which i wouldn't call a manicure because all they did was file) she put on the gel topcoat and put my nails under the UV light. Once I looked at them I realized the polish was over my cuticles and coming onto my fingers. Not only was that an issue but the edges were so rough. Victoria Nails & Spa is consistent in their quality and pricing and in those 12 years, if something did go amiss, they have ALWAYS-ALWAYS made it right! They get two stars for being nice and having a clean salon. The manicure I got was the worst I've had in 10 years. The girl I got was young and possibly new, she barely understood me. She cut my nails way too low and then shaped them crookedly. I asked her to fix. She did. Then she buffed the nails on one hand but not the other. She refused to do anything about the overgrown cuticles growing onto my nails claiming that she would make them bleed. I took her at her word and sat upset while she sloppily painted my nails. Never fully to the edge and just above the skin that she refused to remove. She did not remove the left over clear polish from my last manicure. At that point I just wanted it to be over. Prior to that she did my eyebrows which were ok. She left hairs that should have been plucked but I can fix that. Then she asked if she could wax my lip. I refused. Then she asked again. I refused. Then she asked again and said I wasn't "sexy" with the hair on my lip. Really? Since I do want to be sexy, and I wanted her to shut up, I let her wax my upper lip. Three days later I regret that I didn't go somewhere else for a good manicure and cuticle trimming, and I regret letting her wax my upper lip and leave bumps all around my mouth. I'm sure there are PLENTLY of people who like this place but in my expereince, I will NEVER return to this salon again. The nail techs were extremely rude to me as was the manager. By the time I left the salon, the manager and nail tech had made such a scene that everyone was staring at me. I have been going to Victorias since 2009. Each time I go I am satisfied. I've been told they are a little more pricy, but i think its because of the paraffin wax that is included with both the mani and pedi. When I go I try to stick to Helen or Kim, but the other nail techs are pretty good! They have a lot of colors for the Shellac line. All are friendly, Victoria always speak, they offer water, clean, for each customer there is an individual packet with pumice, file, etc...and tools are sterile. I am happy! read more

I have been a customer here for more than 10 years! Their service is top notch and their customer service is as well. I am very surprised to see the negative reviews posted regarding this salon. They are very knowledgeable in the industry, and are up to date on the latest trends and techniques and their techs are some of the most knowledgeable and talented I have seen...which, in my opinion, makes it a top notch salon. The salon is very clean and has an Autoclave sterilization system (not in plain sight but if you know what you are looking for, you can't miss it). Over the last decade, I have gotten to know the owners and they have a well-established business with an array of loyal clientele. The interaction with the client (new and established) is always respectful and friendly, not only by them but their staff as well. As fair as their customer service standard, It is VERY high! I have personally witnessed instances where a client has a concern regarding a service that was performed and they immediately rectified the concern, both while in the salon and after the client has left the salon. They are all about the customer and the experience that the customer should have in their salon. I am also in the customer service industry, so I do take notice and have a higher standard that I hold others too and they always deliver on the service! The quality of the service varies somewhat but I've always had decent service. I don't go to any one tech regularly so I've experienced many of their employees. I took my daughter in to get her nails done. The technician did not trim her nails, did not trim the cuticals and did a rush job with the polish. In some spots the polish was thin and you can see the nail below. The polish was spotty and looks chipped on the edge. The technician put a top coat on one hand but not the other, then grabbed her phone and left. My daughter was left with wet nails-asthe tech simply left for the day. Another tech tried to fix the poor job. I called the salon when we got home and the owner/manager said the technician had to go pick up her car. This was a poor job and poor excuse for bad service-unacceptable. We will not return as there are other salonswho actually have pride in their work. This one does not. read more

I used to go to Victorias for pedicures often, until I became a regular at a different nail salon in leesburg. I desperately needed to get an acrylic fill and my regulars salon is closed on Sundays so I figured I would return to Victorias because I had always enjoyed their salon. However, I was entirely disappointed today. I felt rushed the second I walked in the door, from picking out a color to getting situated in a chair. The technician rushed doing her work so my nails were left uneven and bumpy. The paint does not go to the edges of my nails, and the surface is just very ugly (rough, bumpy, and not shiny).
