By far the worst store I could have ever visited. The service was horrible. I attempted to purchase two items that were marked on sale the manager denied that these items were on sale even though there were 5 others on the rack also marked down. She then proceeded to call me a thief and said that us "niggas" needed to stop coming in the store trying to steal. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

I honestly like the various outfits and accessories at H&M, but I was taken aback when one of the employees stated that bags to place the PAID items in are available for 10 cents. I was appalled, because Oakbrook is a plush and prominent community; perhaps H&M is misplaced in selling merchandise in Oakbrook, Illinois I did not purchase a bag. I had by far the worst experience in this store today!! On 3-25-2021 I made a purchase fast forward today I go to get the baby dressed and the sensor is still attached to the jacket, I took her jacket back not thinking I would be treated like a criminal. That was a error on the store not myself, I was very much humiliated in front of the entire store due to the negligence of their cashier whom didn't remove the sensor!! The two managers held on to the jacket Mind you the jacket was $10.99 asked that I show them my debit card after I showed them the transaction which I didn't have to! Both managers were very nasty and need some training!! It's a pandemic and I'm spending my money in a store that doesn't represent respect, lacks customer service, and just down right nasty!! I will be posting reviews everyplace until someone reaches out to me because that type of treatment was not even caused for, I'm attaching a pic of the transaction and also the jacket!! H & M are great stores for finding bargains and their day to day prices are really quite reasonable. We shop in H & M frequently purchasing clothing, accessories, and gifts. The store is super clean, well-organized, visible sections and staff are friendly. As you walk in they have a greeter. If you are looking for a simple clean style this is the place. They have good pricing for clothing. You will find men's, women and children. I love the fitting and material as well as the design. It was fun shopping at H&M because they have much around to choose from. read more

They're originally supposed to open at 10am i was waiting for 30 min after their opening time and they opened at 11:30. I asked other stores when they open they said they open and close whenever they want. Very disappointed. They need better management. read more

They rushed me out of the store as well after spending $220 - and then the lady didnt take all the security tags off - the alarm didn't go off - but once I got home 20 miles away - I find security tags. Wonderful! read more

This new location of H&M is bright and cheerful, open and welcoming. Lots of great prices on women's business wear. But particularly impressive is the men's section -- unusually the weak spot in most H&M locations. Lots to see here, particularly in sportswear. Overall this store is a welcome addition to the normally sad North Riverside Park Mall. read more

My experience was with one specific women that worked the fitting room. I don't understand how she manage to get a job in customer service. She spoke to my mom and I in a very rude and disrespectful way. She got upset because I didn't use the bigger fitting room because I had a stroller but she wasn't there when I got there! No one was attending the fitting room, how the heck is that my fault. Then, she started slamming the clothes we had just returned to her against the table. I don't know if she was just having a bad day personally but I don't have to put up with it when I'm spending $$! Never shopping here again! Last time I shopped there was around Christmas time. I was looking into my sales receipt as I headed to the food court and I had 3 exact shirts, eventhough they rang me up for 2 and an item that wasn't in my bag. I went back to the store to explain and the cashier who had rung me up stepped aside. A minute later the manager approached and she looked at the with disbelieve. The manager gave me back the difference, but she made me feel as if she thought that I had stolen or done something wrong. I just walked out mad and humiliated. They should really look into their cameras to solve cases like that instead of assuming.. read more

1 start shouldn't even be an option! Worst location EVER!!!! All management and employees here care about is getting everyone out of their store 5 minutes to closing. I experienced 1st hand customers being denied entry to the store, yet the mall wasn't even closed yet. Always feel rushed or literally like I'm being kicked out of this store. I can walk to the Forever 21 upstairs in this very same mall and be told in a polite manner that they're closing soon or if I may PLEASE bring my final selections to the register; rather than being asked to simply LEAVE! I've spent a lot of money at this location seeing as to how I live in the area, but believe me when I say they won't get another penny! Oakbrook you have a new customer :) read more

This store has the worst employees. Very disrespectful to their costumers. The store manager clearly doesn't care about what employees can get away with. I've witnessed multiple costumers being yelled at by employees and supervisors. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Be very careful when you shop there! read more
