Their clearance section is always helpful and the dresses for girls are so cute; you can never go wrong with an outfit from here. Shoes are easy to pick. I am not a mom but I walk out of here within 10 minutes. I never know what I'm shopping for but its okay, because besides sales they always have a coupon sent to my home or I can find it in retailmenot.com. Oh and by the way, this past Monday I was there I was looking up my coupon online and my internet wouldn't load and the cashier offered the wifi password.. So nice, and I was about to connect when the costumer right next to me passes me her phone with the coupon ready to use. Soooooo nice. I couldn't thank her more.

I brought back 2 items today (January 14th) and was told that all items had to be returned by January 10th. No exceptions. And what really shocked me was that they wouldn't even give store credit. And the items were not seasonal- they were earrings and a neutral purse. I will definitely avoid shopping in this store again.

It is a warehouse and store. It's nice because you can look around by yourself, but there is competent and friendly help there. The prices can be amazing during their sales - sometimes better than what is seen online. Body Solid products have one of the best warranties out there - which is another plus.
