Hey fellow Yelpers! I've been to this Target location many times and it's a pretty good location with friendly staff, good inventory, & good clearance (it's hit or miss). Customer Service: The staff are usually friendly and welcoming. The return/exchange area is located on the left side of the store, so if you need to do returns/exchanges or pick up online orders, I recommend parking on the left side of the store. The right side of the store has the food & makeup section. The left side of the store has the sports, electronics, & Bulleye's Playground ($1+ section). Bathroom: The bathroom is located in the front of the store. Every time I've gone to this Target, the bathroom is always clean and smells like lemon. I'm not sure how frequent they clean the bathrooms, but I love it. Merchandise: This Target location has good inventory. There's almost a clearance section in every section of the store. The clearance section has a yellow sign that says "Clearance" so you can't miss them. The clearance is hit or miss. I've found some good clothing on clearance for the most part. Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a good shopping experience at Target. The staff are usually friendly, good inventory, & great deals every so often. I want to thank the staff for being strict on their 4 per person policy on the Needoh because of them I was able to get a couple for my son! We are so thankful. People are going crazy for Needoh and taking all of them at once and reselling, its horrible. Think of the kids who use these and leave some for them. read more

They keep housewares on sale lower than the app or website. Folks are helpful at this store. Drive Up is expedient unlike some suburban stores. Location is optimal as the Jewel Osco & Ford City Mall + Lowe's and Home Depot are nearby. Well lit parking lot with ample parking. read more

This store is huge, and very clean. I like shopping at Target, because it's a one stop shopping experience for me. You can buy food, and some varieties of alcohol. Then after grocery shopping, you can buy clothes, home items, and there's even a electronics department. Everything under one roof is perfect for me. read more

As I entered the store, I was greeted with a bright smile and a cheery attitude, which helped as it was 9:40 in the morning and I was in a sluggish mood. The store was sparse with staff, making it seem empty. This made the aisles difficult to navigate as I was new to this store. I picked up a gift card and an anime plushie that had no price tag, and I was able to ask a cashier in the electronics section. She asked about the plushie as she was a fan of the character, which started a small conversation about our shared hobby, even joking about the overpriced value of the plushie. At the checkout, the cashier was very nice, positive, and had a friendly tone of voice. I noticed that she asked to put my gift card in a bag or if I wanted to carry it myself. I chose the latter and her good gesture struck me as I felt she cared about my product more than me, as it was expensive. I like shopping at target, I have to be honest I'm not thrilled about the one in Bedford Park. I usually go out of my way to avoid that particular target. Today I thought let me just give it a try and once again I was very disappointed. I was purchasing items witch I had coupons for, but, for some reason not all the coupons would work. I showed the cashier the items that match the coupons she called the manager, the manager said it's to their discretion not to accept the coupons. Obviously, I didn't buy the items that the coupons would not work for, further checking my receipt I noticed there is a charge for an item that should've been removed. Now I have to go back and explain to them that I was charged for merchandise that I don't even have. This oughta be fun. Not happy, it's just disheartening because I spend a pretty good amount of money at target. read more

I really like that this location added a grocery store, I like the selection of organic frozen and dry goods that they carry. The prices are pretty moderate, and they can have some good sales. My two teenage daughters always find a good selection of clothes here. For me and the youngest we do on occasion. The cashiers are friendly and will correct the prices if something doesn't ring up the correct sale price. read more

I'm here at 8:30pm on a Thursday and not one cashier is open?? We literally are paying customers to a place who has employees which job is to be a cashier? How is that even ok???? We are doing their job for free. Never coming here again. I shop @ target because of their great offers and service but this is a big no. read more

Fantastic location to the hotel I stayed at recently. I forgot my ear buds at home, so I came here right before close to pick up some new ones. And then I had to wander aisles because it's Target.... Since I was here fairly late, 10:15pm, on a Saturday evening, it was very very dead. I did see 3 sales associates and they were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the fact they had groceries at this location as I needed a midnight snack. And wine. They have a decent selection of wine and liquor which can be purchased until they close - an amazing surprise if you are visiting from Milwaukee! The store was clean and organized at the time of my visit. I would not hesitate to stop here again if I was in the area and needed something. read more

This store was pretty packed for a Thursday morning! With 8 people in line at the 1 register open, the staff quickly accommodated by opening up another register and directing other shoppers to the customer service counter. I found what I was looking for easily, was greeted with good customer service, and was in/out in less than 15 minutes (which is somewhat miraculous compared to the normal length of Target visits for me!) I'd definitely recommend this location for anyone driving through the Midway/Burbank area. read more

Cristian & Cristian in electronics was sooo wonderful in helping me find a new tv not like all the other targets I had previously gone to. They let me know the specs and went out if their way to find the tv in the back , when I got home the tv was cracked I immediately called and they said they would exchange and assisted with finding another similar model since they were all sold out ! Thank you guys if I ever need a speaker or anything I'll def go look for them because I tend to have lots of questions & they were able to Answer all ! read more

On the evening of Friday, November 18, 2016 I tripped and fell on puddles of water near the women's washroom door. My mom and a Target team member saw me fall because they were literally right behind me. Outside of the washroom there was just the attendants cart with cleaning supplies. I would think that if the washroom was being cleaned then someone would be in there, a sign was posted, or the wet floor sign would be shown. After, the team member asks if I'm okay and then begins to take paper towels out of the cart to clean up the water mess. The women's restroom was literally filthy - toilets not cleaned and puddles of water on the floor. No manager was called nor was this reported right away. We use the washroom then proceed to look for a manager or team member to report this to. One of the cashiers directs us to someone at guest services to whom we can report this incident to. The cashier leads us to Crystal (not sure if she's an ETL or team lead bc she never stated if she was or was not) and asked us if I wanted to submit an incident report. We said yes and she asks whoever the AP guy was what should we do. My mom told Crystal that there was more water in the bathroom so she then took a mop from the car and cleaned up the mess. I wasn't able to submit a report bc they basically didn't want to. They both went back and forth to each other saying "well I don't do that". She could've called someone else who might've known, but I guess standing around was more important. This could've been someone else and could've been much worse. This is my neighborhood Target and I shop here plenty of times a year. Being a former target employee I would have expected more. read more

The item I wanted was not on the shelves, so I asked if there might be one in the back. Andrea, the manager, got two team members working on it, and they searched the store for it. By the time I had finished my shopping they'd found it. Andrea presented the item to me in another part of the store. read more

Awful. Be prepared to stand in long lines whenever you shop here. The front end cashier managers walk by and look at the long lines overflowing into the aisles. Seems like they would want the customers to continue shopping that location so they're not one of many local area closings. read more

The snack bar is so slow and nothing is prepped so that means you wait 7 minutes for a personal pan pizza

I'm a fan of Target, but not sure about being a fan of this one. This one is actually pretty quiet (Walmart competition...). The collection of make up products seems to be more choices than other Targets. read more

I have been frequenting this Target since it opened. While it seems big, I feel this location lacks several products the Oak Lawn location has. Also, there should be more registers open. There's always a line of people but either 2 cashiers ready or we are sent to self checkout. read more

I actually enjoy coming to this target. It's close to home and in my opinion organized and fully stocked compared to south Pulaski target. I've never had a problem not finding what I need here. The team members are very helpful. Even when I walk around the aisles, someone is there to ask if I have found everything ok. They sell alcohol here which is a plus! It's usually on the clean side when I go, and I go ALOT. Check out can get pretty packed. Only down side is that there's no Starbucks. That's okay though, their Marshmallow rice treats and mocha cookies from the cafe are really good. read more

Only self check out! And when I asked for help they explained that I would have to wait in returns- which took forever and I had a crying baby. All I wanted was some help so I could have my baby calm down while someone rang me up. Very rude customer service and Unexplainable reason to not have any help! read more

Like most other Targets, this one is large and well-stocked. It is a much better alternative to shopping at a dirty, stuffy and almost dangerous Walmart like the one down the road. read more

I visited this store about noon today. An employee directed me to the exact aisle to find light bulbs( Oh how I miss the free ones you could get with a copy of your bill at the Edison station). Picked up a few other items and went to checkout. I was the next in line. It took 10 minutes for the previous "guest" to check out. Chatty check out gal. On my way out the store manager said "have a nice day". I told him of my experience and he did not even respond. I said from now on Amazon!! These brick and mortar stores better start providing exemplary experiences. The impression I left with is the impression I will remember, and tell others about!! read more

Pretty much similar to other to other target stores. This isn't as nice as the one on 95th but it's not as crowded. They have a fresh food section but it doesn't have a huge selection. They do sell booze at this location too. Watch the parking lot though, my sister blew a tire in the parking lot. read more

I'm a long time Target customer, and I've always been pleased with the customer service until last night. Over the holiday I purchased egg nog, Prosecco and brandy. In fact I over purchased. I called the store to check the return policy and was assured that it wouldn't be a problem to return the unopened bottles. I went to the service desk and the cashier wasn't sure of the store policy. That's a problem! She called the store manager he visually scanned me (profiled me... yes, I'm African-American..) and without looking in the bag or asking me any questions he proceeds to tell me that it is against state law to return liquor. I laugh and tell him that is not true. He refused to approve the return and was rude and kurt. I called every target within 10 miles of the Bedford Park store and every manager told me it wouldn't be a problem. I went back into the store and the idiot manager Josh( wouldn't give me his last name) back tracked and said I thought you said it was opened. WTF!! Why would I say that you idiot!!! Then he tried to blame it on the cashier saying she told him that the liquor was open, all a lie. In the end he had to ok the return, but I was needlessly frustrated. Contacting corporate office bright and early Monday morning. Poorly trained cashiers and even more pooly trained management!!!! read more

The level of service this Target offers far surpasses any Target I have ever shopped in . Several times during my 30 minute shopping trip , I was asked if I could find what I was looking for . As I headed for the exit door , someone took my basket and someone else thanked me for coming . Even though this Target is not the closest one to my house , it's worth the extra drive for amazing service ! read more

I really dislike this location, which is unfortunate since it is the most convenient location for me. The employees are nice; yhe actual store sucks. They never seem to have anything in stock. At first, I assumed it was because I was shopping in the evening. But I have also gone first thing in the morning, weekday, weekends, it doesn't matter. I wish the manager at thus location would visit the one in McKinley Park ( Damen/34) and see how nice they have it set up. It would be awesome to see this location receive some upgrades from corporate. It is a large Corp, the shopping experience should feel similar across the board. read more

i was at this target buying string lights the evening before july 4th.. very sad excuse for a target!! they had no registers open. yes i said not one. however they were directing all customers to self check out!! sorry ive been a card holder for 19 years if i want to do self chk out ... i'd work as a cashier!! There is only one guy that I trust in the electronics dept. Unfortunately when I went there two days ago for a small tv, this other Caucasian and thin man left me waiting there twenty minutes, it felt like an eternity for a shopping trip that should've only taken 5 min because I knew exactly which tv I wanted. He never returned and I just left. I got a better brand tv for less money online. I won't be going back there, that's for sure. I like and trust the other Target on Pulaski much better, the workers seem more helpful there. read more

Its a very very costumer friendly store the staff is very polite and helpful, when it came to looking for toys for Christmas they where able to tell me and take time off they're current task to look it up for me on the price gun, good spot I recommend! read more
