This woman gave me such a hard time, telling me I should exchange this for something else, they have so many new things, etc. I kept telling her no thank you, I'm not interested. So, she started to show me scarves and a purse that she thought would look great on me, again, I said no, thank you. This went on for like 10-15 minutes. Then finally, as she was processing my return, she said I have to give her my phone number, email and address in order to finalize the return. I said no, you don't need that information. Then she smirks at me and says, I'm sorry, but we won't be able to do the return then. Really? You need all of this information to make a return? I called another location (Oak Brook) and asked if the above "policy" about returns was valid. She said absolutely not. We only ask that if you want to be on our mailing list (for catalogs) and receive special offers through your email.

I was in dire need for an evening dress for a special occasion, with absolutely no time to shop. It was near closing time and I desperately called and asked what time they were closing, if I could make it in.....they quickly answered and said "come on in, we'll get some dresses ready for you, what size are you?" I was working out across the street and made it 10 min before close...it was the only opportunity to try on a dress. I showed up and these ladies had 8 dresses, with shawls, shoes and accessories waiting for me in the dressing room. Amazing service in such short notice. K&G was recommended. Placed a few pair of pants in my car and stopped in after work. I went to the back of the store and spoke with the tailor. He was very nice; had me try on my pants and made the soap mark at the desired length. He said I could pick them up in a few days. I did. Happy to say that the prices for my alterations are affordable, I am pleased with the end result. I have even dropped off a few more pairs of pants. With that being said, I have found my tailor.

It was supposed to be a fruit arrangement with chocolate on it and a red velvet cake. The cake was never delivered and the fruit didn't have chocolate on it. I tried reaching out to the location MULTIPLE times that day to have them send the cake or to refund for the cake and no one was answering the phone. I called again the next day (Sunday) and I believe it was the manager I spoke to and she stated they only receive 5 red velvet cakes a day? Which makes no sense because if 6 people order a red velvet cake online then the 6th person won't get the cake even though they paid for it? The person I spoke with offered to have a red velvet cake sent the next day (Monday) and I accepted the offer. Then I get a call on Monday evening from a employee I missed their call but they left a voicemail stating the person who delivers their cakes to their location didn't deliver the cakes so they won't be able to send me a cake AGAIN. They offered to send another cake the next day or to give me a refund. I tried returning their call 5 minutes after they called and no one answered the phone so I tried calling again on Tuesday. The person I spoke to on Tuesday stated in order for us to get a refund we would have to reach out to corporate and I was given the number for corporate from the employee. I called the number that was given to me and it directed me back to the location. After explaining to the 2nd person I spoke to from their location what was going on she spoke to the manager and per the employee their manager stated they would be able to refund the money but it will take 7-10 days. It has been over 2 weeks and the money has not been refunded so I called the location for an update. I spoke to an employee who was being very kind. She stated the manager is not able to refund the order so I requested to speak to the manager. The manager then stated that the cake was delivered when they tried to send me a cake on Monday and I had to correct her because it definitely was not and I have the voicemail from the employee as proof that it was not delivered. The manager then continued to tell me she won't be able to refund the money because the order was made online and not in store. I asked the manager why would the employee tell me the order was going to be refunded by the manager and now it's not? Per the manager they have new employees and it's "their first holiday working there" if an employee messed up they should've tried reaching out to me to make me aware the manager was not going to be able to refund the money instead of having us thinking they were going to fix the issue. I've tried reaching corporate through their website since February 14th and no one has responded to me. The manager was not helpful at all! She just advised for us to try to dispute it through the bank instead of actually acting like a manager and trying to help solve the problems they caused. I was being very kind and patient. I tried to be as understanding as possible but they are very unprofessional. Save yourself a headache and do not order from here!

I've been in here multiple times actually and everyone has been very kind to me. There's a bunch of social distancing reminders and everyone was wearing their masks properly. Recently, I stopped in here to return a pair of jean shorts I bought online that were too big. The associate at the register greeted me with a huge smile and was so easy to talk to. The line moved very quickly and the return was very simple. Additionally, Old Navy has had it ALL recently. From jean shorts to swim suits to linen pants, I've found so many awesome items here. Not to mention the affordable prices! Between in-store options and online special offers, you can really find some good stuff to spoilt yourself here for summer. They also have comfortable lightweight cotton masks that you can get in a 5 pack in plain black or a variety of colors. I got a more colorful set of masks and I get compliments on them all the time. Overall, this spot has great customer service, a tidy-full selection, and parking is plentiful. I recommend this location if you're needing to get something for yourself or even a gift!

So then, I have to go to the back of this long line and wait 15 more minutes because of an online order that I should have been able to pick up and go in at least five minutes.
