I could have given a 5 star rating however some of the staff were very insensitive to walk-in customers, most especially to those who don't speak or understand English at all. I saw the expression on their faces the dismay when an elderly customers ask and they seem to be not so helpful. You could hear the same answer like "whatever is out there is what we have". Also, some of them choose to greet whoever they want to greet that day. Very much commend one the clothes specialist working there named Linda, she was very polite, engaged in a conversation, and smiling the whole time. Lots of parking. Store hours Monday to Saturday starts at 10 am to 8 pm. Sundays open at 12 noon and closes early at 6pm. Still itching to spend your hard earned money? I am using my husband's yelp but my name is Jackie. I work in customer service. I am a waitress. So I know how to extend kindness to customers. She didn't have her name tag on, go figure, so it forces me to write a description. I have to do this because she represents Target and I have to come to the conclusion that she doesn't care about her job. But she was a young black woman with long braids with pink decorations in them and stickers on her face. She was very mean and the most unprofessional person I ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. I am writing this review for hoping tht other people do not hesitate to write one of their own if they have contact with this racist, mean unprofessional person. I'm curvier on the bottom so typically jeans either fit me in the waist or thighs but rarely both. Or something seems to fit in store only to stretch out too much after a few wears and washes. Madewell jeans are perfect for me though! I buy their Curvy line, which fits me in the thigh AND waist without gapping, and now I just don't even bother trying to figure out my sizes/fit for other brands. They have some good sales and programs. End of season sales can find jeans like half off. There are student and healthcare worker discounts. If you bring in an old pair of jeans to recycle (and they don't even have to be Madewell), you get $20 off a new pair. But I've also purchased full price because they're just that good! The fit in both full length jeans and shorts work well for me. They also have a tailoring service if something doesn't fit perfectly, which I think is free for most pant purchases? So if you are curvier on the bottom and struggle with finding jeans that fit, I definitely recommend trying out Madewell! Aside from jeans... Nice, higher quality clothing, leaning more on the basic/classic end in style, cuts, and color. Also love Madewell shirts and dresses. Accessories (scarves, jewelry etc) are cute too.
