The repair they did stopped working after like 2 weeks. The garage door wouldn't close properly. It would go half way and open again. I researched online and found the problem was due to incorrect spring tension. Called them, repair guy came and told I have to get the opener replaced. But there was nothing wrong with opener. Quoted another $800 for this new repair. I requested him to adjust spring tension and he wouldn't. So I told him to leave. I think they intentionally did a low spring tension during the original repair so that they would get called back during warranty period. They tried to sell unnecessary repairs and make more money. Got spring tension adjusted and garage door started functioning properly. Opener had no problem at all.

One person called and said he didn't do the work and would have to charge me. My receipt says I have a 7 yr warranty on the parts. I had to call Precision to get someone here. He noticed that the sensors were not the correct ones (they used an aftermarket product) for the opener and that the original installer didn't supply new wiring for the sensors. What a rip off! Now I am paying almost $500 to correct their errors and lack of customer service.
