He kept my Pontiac Grand Am running until it had 235k miles on it, and even then although he could have fixed it, he was honest with me that the cost of that repair probably wasn't worth it because it had a lot of miles and wear and tear (I had asked him for several years to just let me know it got to the point that repairing something probably wasn't worth the cost and I should just consider getting another vehicle instead). First off, Tim was on hand --on a Sunday evening-- to take a call from the tow truck driver, and confirmed he could get to the job without delay. By the time I was awake and called on Monday morning, the job was almost done! A couple hours more, and Someone's at my hotel to pick me up to get my truck! I didn't even ask for a ride. By noon, I was back on the road. T & T provided service that was as good and as helpful as I've ever had in 35 years of driving.
