It's not even worth making an appointment because they treat everyone like a walk-in. That said, a woman did my nails and they were really nice. They were so nice that I came back despite the wait. This time, I got a pedicure. Two guys did my nails -- one did the pedicure and a different one did the structured/builder gel fill-in. The pedicure was typical, nothing special. HOWEVER, the builder gel fill-in was a nightmare. He cut my nail for no reason and then tried to put a tip on it. THESE ARE MY REAL NAILS AND THEY ARE LONG! After back and forth, one of the young ladies came over and explained to him that I just need a fill in. He put too much builder gel on each nail (it burned in the uv light) and the gel polish is lumpy. This is one of those experiences where I was looking forward to relax and get my nails done, but I hate them. They looked better needing a fill-in. Alas, I still can't find a place out here that does a solid structured gel manicure, but I'll keep looking. If I'm desperate, I'll go back and ask for the first young lady I had, but should expect a long wait.
