I don't care what anyone says about this place!!! The vibes are awesome and the team is great! For me I prefer to stay with the same nail tech and I use Kim. She is the manager and I book with her on a monthly basis because her sets last that long! Every time I get my nails done here someone always says how good they look regardless. The music is an awesome which makes the experience even better. Go stop by and ask for Kim if she's not available ask her who she recommends based on what you want. read more

They are rude (or atleast the servicer in the first chair to the right when you walk in). Don't waste your money or time at this janky establishment. No greeting upon walk in, no questions answered about who can provide a service. You might as well do your nails yourself. I even heard another customer complain when their toe polish was removed because they had a fungus from their previous service. Just don't go here. read more

This salon is awful. This was my first time here. Bic was my nail tech. The massage chair did not work, the facilities were dirty (I didn't realize until after my service began) service was slow and poor. The technique was sloppy, and to top it all off the wrong paint was used on my nails. I paid for a gel service and this is clearly regular polish with a gel top coat. Very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I was at this establishment on 12/18/19 to get a fill-in which went well except for the fact that a week later 2 nails broke off. Now i couldn't get back up there due to my work schedule being later. On 12/27/19I finally have a moment to get to the shop i sign in and wait.....wait.....wait for over an hour. When i was finally acknowledged I explained to one of the guys there I needed to speak to the manager, now all of a sudden he doesn't comprehend what I'm saying. At this pointI get up to leave ......oooooo now yall wanna acknowledge me when Im bout to walk out the door WITH MY MONEY. When I ask againto speak to the manager this woman speaks up to say she's the manager, keep in mind all the while she has beem doing at least 2 customers nails (full sets)!!!!! When I kindly explain the situation she has the nerve to say I must've hit my hand on something, ummmm Noooo I've been ok bed rest then show her my receipt and let her know O no ma'am the issue isn't money (showed her the generous tip) nor am I trying to get over. Her employees work was shotty and all i wanted was her to do what's right and fix it. I absolutely hate my nails the nail tech that did my nails sits in the front on the right side by the sink older lady she did a terrible job. First of all she was rushing all I was getting done was a fill in. And she did a horrible job at painting she paints like a kindergartner. One of my nails wasn't dry because she snatched the dryer from over my hand before the timer went off. She then realized the mail wasn't dry when she went to put the clear coat on and all I said was to her was yeah the timer was done yet it wasn't done drying so she gets snappy with me and says YES! And I said it wasn't I was looking at it and she says YES! again all aggressive. And then she has the nerve to charge $50 for this MESS! She is part of the reason I went elsewhere for a while. She rushes and she need more practice when it comes to polishing. I really hate these nails with a passion and NO! I did not tip her because she was rude and nasty to me she needs to get better customer service and how she speaks to people. That's why they threw me to her because she probably don't get as many clients with that attitude. I would not recommend this nail shop they only have 2 technicians that can do nails but they are always booked. Passion nails is going downhill. read more

I decided to get a pedicure yesterday 1/6/2021 for my bday, and Charlie was the tech that assisted me. I went with the mango spa package that smells so yummy! He did a pretty good job on my feet despite hand, but handed me the mango lotion that goes with the package when he was done. He then asked if I'd get my nails done and I explained I might do so, while waiting fir my sister to arrive. Once I finally decided I'd get my nails done (which I typically ONLY get pedicures from this place), I showed Charlie two nail designs that they had displaced that I'd like. He proceeds to tell me to sit in one of the other nail techs chair, and she told me no to sit in his, then he said no to go to her. At this point I should've simply paid for my pedicure and went home. I guess he was not skilled to do the design I requested (that THEY had displayed), so he explained & showed the design to the lady, and brought her the items needed, so I thought. After the nail tech lays they acrylic, she proceeds to do the designs, and I'm noticing the difference in the color/design. But I'm thinking maybe there's more that I'm not aware of, so I ask if she was done and she was. The colors were NOT the same, the design was completely different. I tell the owner of the shop, Kim, that this was not what I asked for and that I needed them fixed. Instead of asking how she could fix it, she tried to convince me that it was a pretty design and to keep it. She continuously kept telling me how nice the design was as if I was suppose to just agree. My sister who was also there, and a client who I didn't even know, agreed that the design/colors were not the same. The owner then tells me that one of colors/design on the display I picked was an old color, so the one I had was new. I explained to get that if that's the case, to remove the old color from the display. I explained I was not happy with the nails and just wanted the color/design removed. As she began to remove the color/design, they began to talk crap in their language of course. I asked Charlie if he could give Kim the color he put on my toes and he acted as if he couldn't hear me. It took for my sister to say something to get the color I needed. I then asked Charlie what happened to him putting the mango lotion on me that was included In my pedi spa package. According to Kim, he used an oil instead of the lotion. So that's why he just gave me the mango lotion packet. At this point I'm just over the whole situation and ready to go. $128 dollars later, I was done, irritated, and had missed the rest of my bday festivities due to the extra time spent in the shop. I absolutely hate bad customer service, and feel you should treat people the way you'd like to be treated. I'm normally a generous tipper, but they wasn't getting anything after the treatment I received. The sad part is I've been going to them for some time now and have dealt with them unapologetically arriving late, techs charging different prices, them taking clients out of order in which they came, unfavorable water temperatures for pedicures, and mediocre service. I blame myself for staying as long as I have, but I refuse to patronize this establishment any longer. read more

Used to be good. Now every time I come there's a dissatisfied customer and today I join them after coming here for more than 3 years. The quality of work has gone down and they do not handle complaints well. Reluctant to fix mistakes. I will be finding a new nail shop. The manger Kim makes excuses her employees instead of making things right with the customer. There are too many nail shops to waste your money here. read more

I have frequented this nail shop in the past and had stopped due to the unprofessional service. I recently came back to get my daughter's nails done for the prom. Against my better judgment after getting a pedicure, I decided to get the clear dip powder on my nails. I was assured that it would last as long as the color powder. Three days later, the top coat started peeling off my nails. I called the shop and went in a few days later to have this fixed. I was informed then that I should have gotten the "regular not dipped" powder. If that's the case, why did they recommend the dip to me? Kim replaced the dipped powder on my thumbs. They look great, on the rest the dipped powder is missing in some spots and cracking in others. read more

Kim & Salena are my fav nail techs. Kim is the owner. Lynn is the best for pedicures. With appointments things run much smoother. I've bn knowing & using Kim for yrs so I hv no complaints.
