I left Chase down the hill for this Credit Union. I was so tired of having to pay fee after fee after fee and they have not let me down it is so nice. One of the things they said to me was once we have your money from Social Security or your pension. It will be in your account and boy. Were they right? I get my money sometimes 5 to 6 days Early And as a senior with a fixed income, that is so unbelievably nice. You have no idea they have stood by their word and it's just so nice to open the door and see smiling faces. They're kind they have free money orders. That is nice when you're on a fixed income. Arrowhead CU is DENYING purchases. If you try to make a purchase using your card they will deny it. Regardless of how much money you have in your account. I cannot order ANYTHING without a charge denial from the store followed by either a text or an automated phone call from the bank saying my purchase was fraudulent. I was told by Fraud Prevention that I will get flagged with any purchases over $65. They do not know why there is this restriction on my account. So the referred me to Customer Services. Contacted Customer Service about the problem. They said they do not know why my transactions are always denied by them. They also said that they could not fix it either. To sum it up. Arrowhead CU is denying me access to my own money. They put a $65 cap on my account. I'm blocked to make purchases with certain companies. They will not fix the problem. This is NOT a one time problem but going on for over a year now. BTW.... I posted a question if anyone else has had this problem on YELP. Arrowhead CU had YELP remove the question. UPDATE: Arrowhead CU remove Uber from the fraudulent business list FOR MY ACCOUNT ONLY. All other legitimate businesses are still on the fraudulent business list. It took several hours to get to this point. Not to mention the two hours before the "request" went through. This means if you want to make a purchase or a payment you have to as Arrowhead permission to use that business. This will take several hours per business. Assuming it's during business hours.
