However I must say that the In-person visit was pretty straightforward. I opted for the first appointment time at 830am. Doors open at 8:30am, so no need to arrive that much earlier. Security also takes 2 minutes, so no need to allot too much time for that beforehand. Two forms of ID (they didn't ask for my actual social security card) and my said tax return. Pretty easy and I was out the door within 30 minutes. So overall, annoying that I had to go in person, but the actual appointment was pretty easy and efficient.

This is nearby to my house compared to other locations, so i made an appointment and it send me an email of confirmation with the tax guy who i will be meeting the next day. My appointment started at 7:30, the place is empty a guy greeted me and told me to wait until the accountant came and greeted me. He is a nice guy and made you me feel comfortable, it took an hour for him to finished it and 300 plus dollars later it was done.
