Do *NOT!* do business with this company…read more After very clearly, explicitly requesting a $500 collateral loan against my vehicle title & stating that I wanted absolutely nothing at all to do with any 'Payday loan' style BS or nonsense, I was told that the total loan cost would be around $678 once all four payments were made. I was not told that the final payment would be $500+ dollars. Despite the misleading name (Texas Car Title & Payday Loans), they do neither. They loan nothing. They charge extremely extravagant, absurd fees to provide a loan through a 3rd party lender. (Credit Access Business) *This was never stated during the loan process* Having done more research on this company, it's been discovered that they've been sued in federal court numerous times. Do yourself a tremendous favor and steer clear. You'll be better off.

Caused me a major problem as I was using the HELOC to finance a purchase. Shame on me for believing them, but shame on them for jerking my chain like this. Not a great ending to a 15 year banking relationship.
