This could have all been avoided if they gave me a voucher and instructions on how to pay and when to pay the dues before I got charged late payment fees. I get that they are short staffed, but the management should have re-hired or prepared for Rodrigo's departure. Trying to get ahold of someone there is next to impossible. I kept asking how much I had to pay and when do I need to pay by to avoid the penalties and after weeks I finally get a response but by then it was too late.
