Last year, KG did my Federal return incorrectly, I received a letter and a check from the IRS after I paid what KG told me I owed. This year, I reached out to KG to ask why my refund seems delayed. She refuses to tell me when she filed my return. I've asked her 3 times now and she won't answer my question. It's a very simple question and she won't answer. Clearly she sat on my return, filed it weeks after I signed it, and now refuses to admit it. I paid over $250 for her to do my taxes and she won't answer a simple question. She had to go ask Barry the question and his response was I didn't give him that information and need to go home and get it and come back so they could fix the error(I live 35 minutes away).
