I came to this AAA Glendora to pay for my 2026-2027 DMV car registration and get the 2027 sticker. It's located near the Glendora Promenade on Grand Ave off the 210 Fwy exit. There aren't very many AAA along the 210 Fwy. This is one location I would return to for car and travel related services. Free parking spaces are adequate. Check-in line was very short. Lady staff at the check-in counter was nice and friendly. After check-in, I walked over to the DMV car registration line. Luckily, I was the first person in line. Another lady staff helped me with my transaction. She wasn't the most friendliest, but still okay. I paid cash in full. It took less than 5 mins. Got my 2027 car registration and sticker in a jiffy. Thanks! In the past, they only accept cash or check only. Now if you want to use credit card to make payment, they charge 2%+ service fee. I've been to two locations and found them to be very organized, busy, and very helpful. Their roadside auto service really gives me peace of mind should I ever experience car trouble. I also love their auto registration renewal service. Bring in your notification paperwork, pay the fee, and they will issue the car tags on the spot. It is 100 times better than renewing online or by mail and waiting 10 days to receive the car tags. They also will give you a free and quick auto insurance quote. There is no pressure, but worth your time to check if their prices are better than your current policy. I've only used the travel service once and was EXTREMELY happy with all their brochures and personalized service to help you choose a destination. You can also purchase day trips that offer discounts for AAA members. I really need to explore this option again and get out of town! It is for these reasons that I highly recommend AAA membership. After driving directly into the Winter afternoon sun, and unable to see it, I hit a street divider head on & destroyed BOTH right tires! Cesar H. of "United Towing & Transport" in West Covina, was sent by AAA. He arrived within minutes, and his warm, friendly smile and reassurance put me at ease immediately. He helped me climb into his cab, and even lifted my medium service dog up high, inside to me, while he loaded the car on his flatbed. Despite it was Saturday afternoon, he knew of a tire company a short distance away! Using MY cell (I was too frazzled!), he called them to make sure they were open and had these tires in stock. We arrived moments later. Cesar's calm, pleasant, attitude helped restore my equanimity after my tire accident. If AAA gives out stars, Cedar earned ten Gold ones from me! And, especially, THANK YOU, Triple A for coming to my rescue! I know that's why I pay dues, but on the phone, the lady I spoke with was so reassuring and especially polite! I always say "I don't wanna be that person that walks in a few minutes before closing" but that was me on Monday. I was very apologetic but the lady checking me in was so friendly and welcomed me with such a nice attitude. I literally was in and out in minutes. I waited a few minutes to pay my car registration. Paid my registration, got my tags and I was done. Such a great experience!!! Quick and easy. Plus I got a bonus of great customer service! I've always said it's not the name of a company on the outside of the bldg that makes the company. It's the employees inside. I have to start with how Marilou Lin Branch Supervisor completely flipped my business experiences around on a scale 1-10. It was a 1 & now stands at a "10". I booked a 9 day trip to Spain. My first day in Spain after a +9 hour flight. I get to my room. I have to place a call to travel agent who just dropped the ball. My question, what's the name of my tour guide, what's their phone number & where would I meet them?! I recently wanted to take advantage of AAA offer to rent a car thru Hertz to receive discount. After several attempts on Hertz.com 2 calls to 844-225-5431 representatives could barely comprehend English. Nothing but time wasted. I decided just to drive directly to AAA office in Glendora. Frustrated at this point because time is money. I'm now inconvenience, by waiting my turn to speak with Marilou. Unfortunately for this office there were two employees carrying on about their personal lives. Right in front, to the far left, where members check in male on computer female on the outside. If your employees are on a break. Take your break in break room. Not on the floor. Unprofessional! With less than 15 mins Marilou, confirmed a reservation for my family to travel to Utah in June for a week in an Intermediate SUV for $260.80. The contract highlighted with specifics. I told Marilou ordinarily you hear your team is only as good as you are. These unacceptable customer service encounters is in no way an example of Marilou Lin professionalism. I come to AAA over the DMV because the reps are supposed to be nicer. The service rep Yari was rude. I came in to pay my tags for my parents and was "helped" my Yari. She was super rude and made me feel like an idiot. I always come in to pay for their tags but my dad has a separate membership so all I had to do was give his phone number but she treated me like I was doing something bad. Also, I had a check written with the late fee price instead of the normal fee since the DMV is closed during the weekends I had an extra day even though it was past the 9/14 due date. Gabby kindly explained that to me, Yari did not do that. She just looked at me and said "do you have the check then?" Instead I had to come back 3 times since Yari didn't care to explain anything but instead treat me like I'm dumb. She has also given me misinformation in the past and turned me away when I could have easily been helped. AAA has always been my favorite place to go for DMV transactions because they explain everything well and turn you towards the right place but I will definitely try avoiding Yari in the future. She should work at the DMV. read more

I used to come to this Triple AA a lot when I lived in Covina and Glendora back in the days. When I am in the area, and I need something done, I will still come by and handle some business. I recently came here to get a sticker registration from one of my cars. Parking can be bad here during the day because of the businesses and restaurants nearby. Lines were long, but I only had a 25 minute wait, which is no big deal to me. Nice staff, the people are always professional and friendly at this location, compared to my Orange County locations. Let me start this off by saying the whole staff there is the most patient and understanding office staff i've met. In particular Steve was such a helpful person. I was having trouble registering my out of state vehicle which took me almost a month to sort out! Steve guided me through all the paperwork and didn't make me feel stupid. This is my 3rd bad review for AAA. This time is about their batteries. DO NOT BUY their batteries. My AAA battery failed after less than 2 years. The tech said it would be covered by the warranty. BUT, only if I was present for the exchange to a new battery. That means NO ONE else can be driving your car when the battery needs replacement. They will try and jump it but they will NOT replace it if someone else is driving in your car when the battery has permanently failed. --I was not in the state at the time. The person driving my car called has a AAA card, that I pay for them to use and is connected to my address. He told me to call AAA and explain my situation. After talking to 3 people, 1.5 hours later, no one would budge on making an exception even though it was impossible for me to be there. Their warranty then is NO warranty. I will never buy another AAA battery. read more

This review is for setting up insurance services with this office only. I can comment on membership services such as travel or DMV. If you plan on getting home or auto insurance-- just skip this branch. They are responsive until they swipe your card, then can't be bothered to return an email or phone call for weeks. If you need insurance go to a different branch or call the 800 number and make sure you are not mapped to the Glendora location. read more

Very pleasant experience with AAA despite COVID times. In fact, I think today's visit was faster and more efficient than pre-COVID times, so I actually preferred the current set up, in a way. That is not to say I enjoy the pandemic, of course. Before COVID hit, I once renewed my vehicle registration on a Saturday morning. No appointment was made or allowed, I think, and the line was long. I remember going in, signing in, sitting down, and waiting forever to be called. The wait was maybe 45 to 60 minutes or so on a Saturday morning? Today, Monday morning, they open at 9 am. I arrived at 9:20 or 9:25 am. There is a short line outside, socially distanced, everyone's wearing a mask. A worker would ask you what you're here for today, making sure the service is covered, and if you have cash or check for vehicle registration (what I'm here for). They do not take other forms of payment for this purpose. He also told everyone that there is a line outside and a line inside, so your expectation is clear. Not everyone paid attention to this detail, but I heard it. So good job, AAA. You guys are doing your job. He also warned us the wait will be at least half an hour, which is an exaggeration. The outside took maybe 10 minutes to wait. Then inside, you'll have another short line before you're greeted by one of the station workers. This wait is only about 5 minutes for me. Once I am at the station, the renewal took all but another 5 minutes. You'll need your membership ID, then your registration info, they punch it into the computer, you pay your fee in form of cash/check, and DONE! You walk out with your brand new paper and sticker. Btw, everyone was wearing their masks. The customers were, the staff were, some staff did a surgical mask underneath and a clothing mask on top, which is super. I am all for that. Protect yourself, protect each other, it's almost over, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! This was very, very easy, efficient, and by far, my best visit to AAA. I understand that weekdays tend to be less busy than a weekend, but all the safety protocols actually made things really organized and time-efficient, and I am loving it. I am glad to be a AAA member today, because had this been the DMV, it might've been not as quick or as easy. read more

This location has friendly employees and is very well organized. My friend and I came in here so I could sell her my car and we could get the paperwork all squared away. We came in here a half hour before they closed as I hate to do that but I was in traffic after leaving work. They were able to see us soon after checking in and helped us get through the paperwork and take care of everything before they closed. Also, I would advise to bring a checkbook for any DMV related transactions. Because they are handling for DMV that is what is required. Our woman that helped us at the counter was efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend. read more

I had major issues dealing with AAA over the phone and updating my car insurance, I had removed a car from my policy and the costs went up, and yet no one on the phone could explain why. We had originally gone to another AAA but the agent there was not as knowledgeable and made our situation would difficult and confusing. Tristan Jones provided terrible customer service to my girlfriend. She recently bought a new home and went through Tristan for her homeowner's insurance. He dropped the ball and never scheduled a home inspection, and she received a letter that they were cancelling her coverage, without any prior notice, just a few weeks from the cancellation date. She called him and he appeared uninterested and scheduled a home inspection. The date of her home inspection, no one showed up. She called and left him a voicemail, and he never called her back. When she finally got ahold of him, he was unapologetic and seemed uninterested in her business, and had no rush, even though the cancellation date was only a few days away. She called him back and cancelled her AAA after many years of service. Tristan didn't even ask why she was cancelling. She ultimately went with Mercury, all because of Tristan's unprofessional service. read more
