Of course, I went to this location to have Curtis from Liberty Tax service to help me. (I have had back surgery and was in a lot of pain.) Curtis helped me without any problems and assured me that everything would be ok. I was so worried. Then I received a letter from the IRS to prove who I was and to have my other tax forms from before with the amounts from the back tax returns ready for them. I went to Curtis and he helped me through the whole process with me without asking for more money or anything. He was kind, courteous, and had me laughing. After the phone call with the IRS, which I was extremely nervous about he told me just to wait another 4-6 weeks and let him know. In 4 weeks an other letter from the IRS. Once more Curtis was there for me. He stood his ground with the IRS and now I have the FULL RETURN! He helped our family through the whole process!
