I have my mortgage with WSFS. Three times within the last 2 years they have claimed that I did not…read moremake my mortgage payment when I had made it online, and once in their branch. I have to call my bank (not WSFS) and prove they have my payment, which they always do. Once when making the payment in the WSFS branch, the teller applied $500 of my payment to someone else's account, making it look like I made a partial payment. Then their collections department calls and makes you feel like a second class citizen because you haven't paid. This last time it took 11 days to get it cleared up. They assessed late fees right away also. So tired of this. Get your act together WSFS.
