This makes the 3rd year we have gone back to this H&R Block. I have been using HRB for several years and have always felt confident with the service provided considering it always seems we have something way out of the ordinary that may take a couple of days to research. Danny Crank (who has been assisting us for the past 3 years here) has done the taxes a couple different ways to ensure we get the best refund possible. Darlene (at the office off Versailles) was wonderful, too. They remember who we are and make me especially, since I take care of the taxes, feel comfortable all the way through. I have never thought of going anywhere else. read more

My niece a college student went here to get her taxes filed for "free" because that IS what they advertise! But after filing her 1040ez, which any first grader can do...they filed her state return which is NOT free and it was double the cost cost I pay my CPA! Lesson learned...switch n bait...I fish at the lake...not the river! Hope these fine upstanding citizens can sleep at night! Crooks...never again! Buyer beware! read more
