There were only a few people there so we were seen immediately. The lady who helped me was very pleasant. I was in and out of the tax office with my placard in maybe 10 min. We have been back three times and gotten different answers from each person we dealt with. This after providing EXACTLY what was asked for on the website. These people are supposed to assist the public but sit on their throne behind the glass and act like they are doing people a favor by being there. also, you are behind a layer of glass... Speak up and articulate so we can understand you. No name tags so you can't document who you spoke with. Ask for a name and they roll their eyes at you. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Trying to simply get a print out of a 2011 tax return and getting turned away TWICE due to "high volume." You apparently need a "ticket" in order to see a staff member to have them print out a copy of your return. Despite the IRS website stating that no appointment is necessary, you pretty much need an appointment. Or a hell of a lot of patience. I still haven't made it in to one of the little cubes to actually talk to someone, but hopefully the third time will be the charm. Also, this building is a pain to get in and out of. No dedicated parking, a slow as molasses metal detector/security checkpoint, and very little signage to help you find where you're going. I'm giving one extra star for the people watching: it is seriously impressive.

If you want tax returns filed late and you have to call asking for returns a year old and they send…read moreyou an email then recall it since it was not completed then you call and ask where it is, they then complete it in less than 24 hours and not only that, they give you a personal and business return, both late by about a year ... they didn't ask a single question to complete the returns, so what were they waiting for? So the question, if I had not called for the tax return, when would they have completed it. They always had full POA and hade ability to do anything needed. They are guilty of CPA Malpractice. Do NOT ever do any business with these people. I am not the only one affected by this incompetent company, so I am not alone here.

I would not use again. Do not recommend! Update: They sent us a closing package in the mail. Despite the realtor and the seller asking them to correct the Home Warranty amount, they still sent documents with the wrong amount. Also, the numbers on the HUD statement did not match the Affidavit of Seller's Net Gains. We're asked to sign an affadavit with contradictory numbers than what's on the HUD. Realtors: Do you want to work hard to bring a deal to the table, only to have these incompetent people sink it? Buyers/Sellers: How can you trust any closing document that comes from them? How can I trust anything they prepare now? Update #2: Stunningly, Michael Standish (the closing agent) admits the HUD statement is wrong. But he tells me to sign the documents anyway. That's right, make sure you understand this: I've been instructed to sign documents verifying the integrity of a HUD statement that they openly admit is wrong (or incomplete). Why does this firm perform closings with incomplete documents? At a minimum, I believe this is a legal ethical violation--and possibly even fraudulent for an attorney's office to induce someone to sign a document that they know is false.
