A friend suggested this small bank. Its part of a larger company, but when other banks are doing their best to close their branches and remove people to help, this particular branch is very customer centric. When inquiring about mortgage rates, they had a loan officer right there and I was sitting in her office within minutes. The service was remarkable! Very friendly and professional! Within 30 minutes she had me pre-approved and with a great rate. Once I chose the house, she had my paperwork ready and it was smooth sailing! Recently when I was looking to move my checking account and others, they were readily available to make the transfer easy and glitch free. If you are tired of the big banks and looking for reasonable rates and good customer service, I would give them a call to check them out.
