When I arrived for my 9 AM appointment, they asked me to go to another location because I didn't mention that I have several different income streams. So call during business hours. Great customer service because the manager is very diligent and obviously supportive of her staff. I had Jacqueline (9 years' experience) and she was terrific. As for fees, I paid the same as when I had a tax guy with his own business, but the plus here is that you are with the person who is working on your taxes the whole time you are there. You can ask questions and they can ask you questions if your tax return is a bit complicated.
