So I called the office and spoke to Tom, and he literally said he was very busy and did not have time for me, and simply yelled at the phone at me. This was within the first minute of the call. Maybe he was having a bad day? Very uncalled for and unprofessional, considering how my family and I gave them business for so many years. His assistants are OK, they get their jobs done but also with huge attitudes. I gave up and moved on to a much better CPA after this incident. No one deserves this kind of treatment.
