Frankly disappointed. Large corporation. Versus a home-town broker and a caring relationship.

There was a window marked for customers with disabilities, so we waited there for a considerable amount of time. When it was finally our turn, the teller, Cathy, told us to return to the regular line. My father is 91 years old and cannot stand for long periods. Unfortunately, he forgot to bring his ID. We respectfully asked whether he could still make a deposit. Cathy consulted another staff member and informed us that it should be acceptable. We also presented his credit card as verification. We were not attempting to withdraw funds -- only to make a deposit. Despite this, the process took an excessive amount of time. As a result, we were 30 minutes late to his rehabilitation appointment. This caused unnecessary stress for my father. My father has been a loyal customer of this bank for over 50 years. He was deeply disappointed by the lack of efficiency and consideration shown during this visit. We respectfully request that your branch provide better assistance and sensitivity toward elderly customers in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Kevin and Theresa were AMAZING. There was an issue with the payment system and they went out if the way to speak to a banker at the other branch, and squared everything away, and FedExed my check to them free of charge. They were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help me. We even had nice friendly and casual conversation afterwards. It felt good to not be rushed out, but rather, embraced with kindness. I can't recommend this branch enough if you're in the area. The place is easy to get to, clean, and everyone is nice. Plenty of parking too.

A banker here got me to sign up for a checking account promotion by promising a $750 bonus if I deposited a lot of $. Trusting them, I promptly deposited the full amount within a week. When I asked the original banker to confirm everything was set up properly for the bonus, she completely ghosted me, red flag number one. Fast forward 4 months (the required promotion period), and surprise, surprise: no bonus. When I called the branch, I was told the original banker left and I had a new banker. For two months, this new banker gave me the absolute runaround. She ignored half my calls, kept saying she was "working on it," claimed she talked to the branch manager, and then stopped answering me altogether. When I finally managed to get the branch manager on the phone, his behavior was appalling. He was completely rude, hostile, incredibly unpleasant, and to top it all off, he hung up on me and refused to help resolve an issue caused by his own staff. They are more than happy to take your money, but when it's time to pay out what they promised, they hide, ignore you, and hang up on you. Take your banking business elsewhere if you don't want to deal with scammy promotions and toxic management.

The employees, all ladies, are very nice and friendly, greeting everyone who steps inside the bank (in Korean), and not forgetting to say "thank you" when their customers are leaving. We came here twice to open new accounts. Mrs. Kim was very helpful and detailed, though she did not talk much in English. Still, she, together with others, make us feel welcomed. It's a nice local bank, convenient with a Korean supermarket next door for some grocery shopping. It doesn't have many offers for investments, but its employees sure give their utmost care and service.

The little did we know our mom's name was not reflected in his account as either joint account holder or as the beneficiary. Since he was a social security recipient, we learned through this bank that the law required 40 days of holding account from the date of death but that mom can still collect at that time with the original copy of the Death Certificate & two photo IDs. We swung by today with the required items and the teller who helped us (Jenny?) Lee was purely compassionate and helpful. The customer was yelling, cussing, calling the employee names, and becoming increasingly aggressive while she remained calm and professional throughout the interaction. What concerned me most was the lack of protection and support for your employees during the incident. There appeared to be no physical barrier or safety measure between the customer and the employee, and although a security guard was present outside, he did not intervene, attempt to de-escalate the situation, or ask the individual to leave. As the customer became louder and more hostile, it was upsetting to see the employee left to handle the situation alone. I understand businesses want to create a welcoming and personable environment for customers, but employee safety should also be a priority. Situations like this can quickly escalate, and employees should feel protected and supported when dealing with abusive or threatening behavior. It was honestly very difficult to witness such disrespect toward this young woman and your staff. I hope additional measures can be considered to better protect employees and ensure they feel safe while at work.
