Let me start off by saying that I'm a simple man, and one that is of loyalty! When a person or business serves me well, (small businesses, restaurants, haircuts, etc.) I show my appreciation and loyalty by continuing to do business with them. Unfortunately, I was close to making this my last year of doing business with Liberty Tax due to the prior owner/management. To my surprise when I came in to do my taxes I noticed the makeover, very nice and the atmosphere was greatly accommodating to children and toddlers, with a play area, and a bunch of snacks for the kiddos Simple things like that make a big difference, especially when you have little ones! OMG! This office is the bomb. Usually when I go do my taxes I just sit there and wait for them to say sign here and I do, like a butt, trusting them blindly; not at Liberty.
