After taking us on as a client and filing the initial paperwork, the first one refused to take or return my calls; even when a filing deadline for round two of paperwork was looming. He took six months to read an email I sent. I know this because I requested a read receipt and he complied. I had to file the next round of paperwork myself, which, of course, was denied. The second one filed an appeal, but later packed up his office and ghosted all of his clients. We missed a court date and the case was dismissed. Enter Molly. After reviewing the mountain of paperwork I presented her, she filed a new claim then took off running and never stopped. Even when she was paid but my son wasn't, she kept on working hard until the end. If you need a disability attorney to navigate the social security system for you, do yourself a solid and go straight to Molly. At the beginning of 2017 I left my old bank which was a few miles away from my house and that I had been at for 12 years, to come to Park Community. I will say that this branch isn't the most convenient bank for where I live. For the extra little travel time it is for sure worth the 15 minute drive to become a Shepherdsville Park Community member. The staff at the Shepherdsville Park Community Credit Union is more welcoming than any bank I've ever been to. Coming into the bank you will not find a speck of dirt anywhere. A very warm and comfortable atmosphere greats you coming through the foyer. It's nice to be greeted by your name as soon as you walk through the door. There is rarely a long line due to the knowledgeable tellers. They are able to process your transactions quickly and accurately, all while projecting a positive, friendly and energetic attitude. They are quick with a "happy birthday" on your special day and just might have something for you! That little extra that they give you. Most days something is happening. They're is always coffee and some sort of snack set out for members. Around any holiday you can count on the staff to be dressed for the occasion and have extra treats available for you. If there is a problem they are quick to solve it. If you are looking for the best bank around, this is your place!!!
