This review is for the other location in the nearby shopping center. We have done our taxes with this location in Stafford for two years. When IRS sent us a letter about still owing money from 2013, we immediately emailed our tax professional for their help and review of the taxes we paid them to help us file. It has been several weeks after this email and three subsequent phone calls and voicemails -- and still no return call. Very disappointing since their claim is to help clients post taxes to assist with any discrepancies. Now we are dealing with IRS alone. read more

This is the second time my husband and I have used this H&R block and both experiences were sub par at best. The first time our "tax professional" had no idea what she was doing we were there for 3 hours and she finally had to get someone to help her. This year we got the office manager Gabriela, as first time home owners we were excited to file she was very short and rude we had to go back several times to fix other complications and on the final day of filing after crushing our spirits with the numbers she was less that sympathetic and was very short, and charged us more than I care to imagine so we will never go back to this store or H & R block ever again ! read more
