I believe he has a handful of CPA's who work for him, I am sure they are great but I prefer to have Joe do my Tax work. Joe also offers financial planning services and is a solid choice for financial advice. Joe's prices are very reasonable given his level of expertise. One star off for wait times, no matter what time my appointment is I can always guarantee a minimum of a 15 minutes wait.....it is what it is Joe handles personal and corporate taxes. Many of my friends, family and business counterparts have been pleased with his work.

I've had nothing but issues this year preparing my taxes with this new staff that they decided to bring in. Last year, I had not a single issue while filing my taxes. I would've recommended the competent and friendly tax preparer from last year to almost all of my family members and friends. I called in multiple times this year trying to resolve issues regarding my taxes and no one at this place seems to care. I've asked to speak to supervisors, make a complaint, get my money back, and the offer I received was to GET A CREDIT TOWARDS NEXT YEARS TAXES as if my first choice for next year would be to file with Bradshore.
