Have filed with liberty tax for many…read moreyears loved Kathryn she has always been amazing and taken care of me , I deff should have waited for her this year . The last two years a gentlemen (who I'll leave unnamed) the supposed to be the manager has done mine including this year and something always goes wrong. I called yesterday bc it doesn't even show my taxes have been filed I have the proof , also I applied for the easy advance supposed to have a answer in 24 hours and received no kind of answer "it's now 48 hours" still nothing . He told me he called someone and "it was who ever received my stuff, they are taking their time " with no kind of answer to where my stuff is even at or what's going on but yet I'm paying $750 for him to prepare my taxes this year and last year it was $950 . Very disappointed. Wish I had a number to someone that can actually help ! Gonna call again today if I don't have answer I'll be going to have someone look at mine and see why it's all messed up.
