    I'm very disappointed in the management at this agency. I absolutely would not trust this agency…read morefor your insurance needs. They only care about making money off their clients and meeting some kind of quote, and do NOT care about their client relationships. I had an issue with my homeowner's policy, that's taken over a month to fix this issue. This issue was due to someone making a mistake on my account. There's been Lack of communication, especially on Corey's end, who is supposed to be the manager of the agency. When I addressed this issue with Corey, I wanted guarantee that I would not be held liable for paying for a mistake their agency made. She said she cannot make the decisions there. I asked to speak with the owner of the agency several times, since he an make decision there. It has been well over 2 weeks, the issue is still not resolved, and still no contact from Tyler, the decision-maker and owner of the agency. I also asked the agent, Angela, to help me lower my premium after it had gone up by $1,000 for the year. She was unhelpful and said "Oh everyone's insurance has gone up, even mine." I had to have her go over each line item to explain the valuations to me and see if I could lower them somehow, til we finally got to one that worked for me and lowered my bill by $1k. DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY!! Find an agency who actually cares for their clients and cares to establish a relationship and who can communicate and maybe even act like they care.

Every time I go by or call I am greeted with a friendly and helpful staff member . It's refreshing that a company is so helpful and professional.

You get different opinions from different pros…read more My situation was fairly black and white in that my water heater was dying and we needed a new one. SWAT was assigned to us by our home warranty service. I'm rating them based on their communication with us and the conduct of their plumbers. They get high marks on both fronts. Their notifications process is that you get a text when your plumber is headed to the call before you so you can get your butt home. Then another one when they're headed to you along with a link to track via gps. At one point during our saga, I called their office and left a message after hours. I got a prompt call back the next day. Points man! As far as the people go, the admin staff over the phone and the two plumbers we dealt with, Cody (legendary) and Jason were both polite and professional during their respective visits. I appreciate that they put on booties without me asking before entering our house. That's a big deal for Asian households. They explained the issue to us and the out-of-pocket costs associated with it pretty clearly as it pertained to our policy. They installed the new WH and did a good job, were efficient and left a clean work area. Based on this experience I would recommend them with the suggestion that if it's something complicated, get a couple of opinions and quotes (3 is better but out of pocket DX co$t$), so you can make an informed decision.

They couldn't even get someone out to us until late that afternoon even though we called that morning. When they came they diagnosed the problem and said they would have to order a part and that it might be in the next day. It wasn't in the next day or the next day. My wife asked where the part was coming from and was told that it was local, so it wasn't like they were having it shipped, they could have just sent someone to go pick it up, heck I would have gone to pick it up. Anyways it was a holiday weekend and come Tuesday we had been without hot water for another 6 days. My wife is disabled, I had to rent a hotel so that I could take care of her there, So I called them on Tuesday and asked if the part was in and was told quite rudely that they had already told my wife that they would call her as she as the part was in their hands and then schedule us to come and fix the hot water heater. I hung up and called another service who came out and fixed my hot water heater that afternoon. Swat finally called back and said that they had the part and could schedule us for tomorrow. I told them no, you've been dealing with my very nice wife, now you're dealing with the asshole husband and I really want to tell you what you can do with that part. Apparently you have too many customers and I won't make a difference, but I've already called the home warranty company and you're off their list and they refunded my money for you coming out. They just didn't have any sense of urgency. It's like we'll get to you when we get to you attitude. The only reason I put a 1 star rating is because I can't put a zero star rating or a minus star rating!
