I'd expected this process to be maybe 20 minutes, not almost an hour. Location is easy to access, fairly new, it's by NAS Fort Worth, lots of military around there. The service we received was decent, but slowed. The cost of the transfer was $5 more than our other banks, but they were the only ones that could do it after 4 pm. We got it done, took a while, but it was completed and we left happy we didn't have to travel around with so much cash in our bag.
