She never disclosed rates, fees, or any general costs associated with my spouse or me, then said "we wont know the total until it's all said and done." After weeks of Christine "double amd triple checking" her work at my cost (which still needed my attention to detail to catch HER ERRORS), and re-creating my entire tax return (which was a burden of her system, not in my control), they charged us $1200 for an amendment. I was pressured to pay, never given an itemized bill, and was given an "it is what it is" attitude. After paying to get my amendment filed, I disputed the charge with my bank for being overcharged for services rendered. I just received a check from the IRS because the crooks rescinded the amendment out of spite. Luckily, I have my copy of everything they did so I can simply recreate the forms and mail them out with a fresh check. If you need a tax preparation service, youd be better off with a chicken pecking at a keyboard while on the TurboTax website than to ever trust Christine Caperton to touch your documents. ​

We first met with Craig and provided an overview of our tax situation. He knew at that time that we…read morehad filed late our 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 tax returns and that our federal taxes return was rejected because they did not include our son's SSN. We requested his services to file amended tax returns for the 2011-14 years and with our son's correct SSN. He said he would take us as his client and requested a $2400.00 retainer fee. The retainer fee was cashed that week. 4 weeks later I sent Craig and email asking for an update on our taxes, he did not reply. A week later I called Craig for an update and he had still not started to look at our taxes. On that call I also reminded him that we would need to get the 2011 and 2012 amended tax returns completed before tax day to still be eligible for prior year state and federal tax reimbursements. Craig had forgot about that and only started to work on our taxes after my reminder. Over the next 4 weeks Craig spent his time asking us to repeat everything we had told him in our initial meeting and he then made excuses how he could not complete our tax returns because he was not aware of all the vital information we had told him at our first meeting (we filed late, federal was rejected, and our son had an incorrect SSN). 8 weeks later and he has still not filed any amended our tax returns. We were screwed out of our $2400 retainer fee. Craig is not very organized and if your taxes require any level of difficulty be prepared to spend your time repeating yourself over and over and listening to his excuses about why he can't complete your tax returns. At $350/hr we expected more.

Some days they are quick; other days the response is several days out... closing tickets on my end users if they (we) aren't available when they (Team Logic) calls us back. We have had have 2 major incidents caused by Team Logic. The latest one they didn't even use their RMM tool Ninja One to remediate. They seem to have a few good reps; others will add AD users individually to root folder access rather than take the time to look at appropriate OU's and security groups. We actually found they had given their own techs domain; enterprise and schema level administrative access; then had techs leave without disabling those accounts. Now Team Logic IT is a franchise and perhaps you'll have better experience that I had.
