My transaction was riddled with difficulties on the seller's end (bizarro demands for "upgrades" despite the "as is" contract they signed) and Richard really kept me calm. He knew exactly how to handle things, worked really well with the seller's attorney and kept me posted every step of the way. I also was able to get exactly what was agreed upon initially (despite the insane upgrade requests) without having to kill the deal- which I had little hope for, but Richard reassured me would work out. There were no hidden or extra fees (and I thought his fees were very reasonable). Also, I asked for him to quote me a maximum, because I just wanted an idea of worst case scenario...and all his scenarios and fees made sense and he stuck to them. I called him a lot and he was always there to talk to me, personally. Yes,you read correctly: personally. I'm still shocked at how much attention I got. He's a great mix of intelligent and down-to-earth. I will definitely use him moving forward and feel more confident about pursuing property interests knowing I can turn to him. NOTE: I would not describe myself as easy to please. I do not suffer fools kindly, and my expectations are high. I also am an Italian(American) woman from NJ - so rave reviews do not exactly come pouring out of me without ample merit.

They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... I'm being sarcastic.
