The is probably the nicest gas station I've been to in a while. Touch screen gas pumps!? I don't know about you but I'm a sucker for updated technology. No more crusty, dusty buttons. Although the inside is pretty small they have great selection of snacks and beverages. There's gas stations everywhere but I make sure to stop here anytime I'm on Gattis. read more

The cashier, Susan K, reintroduced me to a long forgotten feeling--that of being part of a caring community--when taking just a few extra seconds to inquire and support a customer she hadn't seen in awhile, she spoke for herself and also her employer and demonstrated the value of human kindness. Susan, I acknowledged you that night, but I hope your supervisory types will as well. I'm a fan of this gas station and prefer it over other locations. It tends to get busy from 4pm to 7pm, so you may encounter a line when attempting to fuel up your car. The service is pretty good with a moderate selection of products in the "store" portion of the gas station. But, what I like the most about this location is the car wash. The price is reasonable and the car wash has that rainbow-coating soap, which is particularly enjoyable for my children! read more

Hey guys and gals just thought I would share an experience I encounter today at the H-E-B at Gattis School Rd and Red Bud. One thing that chaps my hide is someone who chooses an occupation and the company in which they work for. I am very high on Customer Service as I worked in the CS field for over 30 plus years and retired. No one put a gun to my head and force me to work in CS. Whether you know it or not, Disney Land has a policy where if an employee comes within 5 feet from a guest, they greet /acknowledge their guest. Why is it that when I'm checking out of H-E-B today and I'm standing within 2-3 feet from a cashier I'm not acknowledged or greeted with a simple, " Hi ". Well she virtually crushed my cookies and when I brought it to her attention no apology or acknowledgement. At this point I brought it to her attention that in customer service that it's important to greet your guest and to follow up with, did you find everything okay. I told her that I would probably be spending about $250.00 and some of that goes towards her salary. Whether I spent $249.00 or $5.00 one should be treated with some dignity. Not requesting to have my ass kissed just looking for some common decency as one would expect. It wasn't until a tall gentleman approached to bag my groceries that she seemed to kick it into 2 gear. This man appeared to be a manager. I shared with him what I was experiencing and he made reference to they don't understand the principles of customer service. In closing I say that if you don't like you job get another or take some time off and decide if this is what you want to do for a living. I guarantee you that there's someone out to take you place with pride. Oh before I forget employee's name is SOL and that's without the U cause she apparently doesn't have a SOUL. Always keep in mind who you're helping and don't take your job for granted because I assure you that H-E-B will replace you before the keys on your cash register cool off. read more

A wonderful HEB with a wide variety of shopping selections. The kids like to ride in the race car cart while we are shopping. The cart has enough room for two kids to sit side by side with a seat belt on. The cart they like is longer than a normal one but it is nice to keep them occupied while I shop. Any way to keep the kids from grabbing items while shopping is nice. read more

This gas station truly keeps their prices honest and with the market. Most places don't lower their prices right away when the prices fall. This place does and this place keeps their diesel prices honest too. Most places in the area will charge diesel 40 cents higher than this place. They are pretty competative too with their gas. Gas prices are usually 10 cents cheaper than their competition in the area. read more

I shop here everyday all day and work next door at cost Cutters . I cut a lot of employees hair that works here and I am being followed by some random girl like I'm some type of shoplifter ... I feel so disrespected and just in total loss of words ... .. read more

This location used to be my daily stop in route to my son's football practices, it was notorious for great customer service, cleanliness, cheap bags of ice and overall a nice facility. There's a Redbox and car wash on site too! I often snagged the 3 for $5 Monster Energy drink specials they offered or filled up with their exceptional gas prices (always tend to be lower than the Shell next door). The only downside is there's a lot of thru-traffic; it's in a lot with Jack-in-the-Box, and HEB, and happens to be many other patron's go-to stop on their routes; it's jam packed during peak hours so leaving and entering can be a little chaotic from time-to-time. read more

I love getting my gas there. The car wash is pretty good. The people at the station are really nice. It is hard for me to start my day without stopping by for a Round Rock Donut in the morning. The price for fuel there is very good. I love this station I have been going to it for 6 years. Gayla is awesome. read more

Sometimes this gas can get pricey just hop across the street to Shell and get name brand gas instead.
