Worst QT I have been to. I love QT, but will avoid this one at all costs. The girls (not all but quite a few) are very snotty and rude. Avoid this location if at all possible and just go to shell up the street. read more

It was extremely convenient since it was located about 500 feet from the hotel we were staying in. Regular was $2.89, similar to what I was paying in my hometown. There were lots of pumps, so I didn't have to wait for an opening. read more

Pulled into this new gas station tonight. The gas prices were good ($2.29/unleaded). There are plenty of gas pumps so I didn't feel like I had to circle around to find a pump. Since this gas station is new it was nice and clean. I haven't been to the other Round Rock location nearby on Louis Henna. I'm regretting not coming here sooner since they have a 49 cent cone that looks delicious in this heat. I am definitely needing to come back for that. This location has a QTKitchens, in case you're familiar with that, ATM and free air. The food counter offers pizza, pretzels, sandwich biscuits, breakfast burritos, tacos, subs, ice cream cones, etc. Download the QuikTrip app to check gas prices, check out the deals (like the 49 cents cone). You can even place an order for the QT Kitchens via the app. Woot woot. I need to try that out next time. Stopped in the next day to try the hot and twisted pretzel. They have a limited special on it for $1.99 and it was delicious. Made hot for me. Loved the entire process. I walked in and ordered from the self serve kiosk. I took my receipt to the cashier to pay and my pretzel was ready shortly after that. Fast, friendly and easy to get food. No lines or wait! Can't wait to try more items here. read more

This place is a little jog off of 35 on Mays just north of Home Depot/Walmart. Convenient if you're going up or down 35 through Round Rock. It consistently has gas prices in line with Costco - super cheap, lots of pumps so no waiting or hassles. read more

No stars at all extremely bad customer service. Paid for gas with cash was going to use debit card for cigarette and lottery ticket. Clerk said let me wait on some of these other people 4 people later and I walked out. If I hadn't already paid for my gas I would have got it elsewhere. Never will I shop at any QT store again. Still the standard by which I judge a convenience store. (The Beaver is a different creature altogether.) What's not to like? The store is clean. There's plenty of selection without overwhelming you. And unlike almost any other convenience store, there's an amazing selection of stuff ready to be eaten. I'm a fan of the taquitos on the roller grill. Both the chicken and steak ones are pretty awesome. And the drink selection is mindblowing. There's a variety of coffees, soft drinks, teas, and frozen drinks that you won't find anywhere. And to top it off, the staff are always pleasant and the prices are fair. In short, there's no need to go to any other convenience store. read more

I like QT a lot and normally stop when traveling through the DFW area. I love their drink selection, friendly service, and that it's always so clean! I'm always impressed that a 24 hour place with so many people coming in and out is able to stay clean every time I visit. This location is brand new to Round Rock and I'll be happy to see more of them opening up around Austin. It's not your typical gas station. read more

So I go in and get a coffee and use the half and half and take a sip and the all most threw up. The creamer obviously was out of date or had been left out and soured. I then walk up to the cashier where one of my employees is standing and was talking to him as I laid my stuff on the counter. There is NO ONE... not a single person behind me when I first walked up. Well as I'm standing there to pay for my stuff and she is finishing up my employees purchase she takes a guy that walked up behind us at the register next to us.. ok that's fine. But then she takes ANOTHER guy that walks up on a register TWO registers down. I said well, "I was next" and she said, "he's been waiting a while". Which was a FLAT OUT LIE. I said "I was here way before him" and she says, "well he was standing back there so I just want to make it FAIR!" Are You Freaking kidding me!??!! I said, "oh ok so that's what it is... I wasn't standing back there!" Dear Lord so let's make this fair and punish me like a child because I walked up beside the person I was with when NOBODY was standing anywhere by the register and just take everyone "standing back there" before you check me out! I feel like a traitor. You see, I grew up on 7-11. Big Gulps. Slurpees. Dropping quarters in the Gauntlet machine that has since been replaced with an Amazon locker. So when I saw this new gas station going up along my normal homeward commute, I didn't think anything of it. Gas station. Big deal. That's when my son started talking about QT. QT. QT. His Tae Kwon Do camp this summer was going to QT for ice cream a few times a week. Zane just kept talking about this place. One fateful day, I said "OK, fine, we can stop at QT." We pulled into the parking lot and I noticed the gas prices were pretty good. Well, well. Have to make a note of that. Then we walked up to the door and when I opened it, it was as if the golden glow of Marsellus Wallace's soul was washing over me from the Pulp Fiction briefcase. What dark sorcery had brought this place to be? Immediately before me was an array of roller grills the likes of which Stilgar assures me God himself had not seen. Lo, these were not the anemic offerings of a corner store afraid to put out too much product. This was a fully loaded array of hot dogs, cheese sausages, egg rolls both mundane and Sriracha, buffalo chicken batons of artery clogging goodness, taquitos of various flavors. In a word- GLORIOUS. Then there was the condiments. Bottles and bottles of various mustards, ketchups, mayos. 2oz cups with lids to take some with you to dip your corn dogs in. Oh, yes, the roller grill also had corn dogs. Fresh chopped onion. Pickles. Fresh chopped tomato. Pico, salsas green and red. Jalapenos. CELERY SALT FOR THE CHICAGO EXPATRIATES. As if this was not enough to thoroughly blow away every single corner store, Circle K, 7-11, U-Totem and Wag-a-bag I'd ever been in from sheer roller grill madness, there were the three walls of drinks. Sodas with cherry and vanilla flavor shots. Your choice of cubed or crushed ice. Coke AND Pepsi products. Then the wall of frozen drinks- both Icee-style and slushie style. Then a wall of coffee drinks including both hot AND cold- there is a slushie style hot chocolate I absolutely have to try. And then... I saw it. The QT Kitchens. Grab and go BBQ sandwiches- brisket, pork and chicken. Pizza. Tacos. Look, I grew up here, I and I love me a BBQ sandwich. The ones here are easily the equal of most places nearby. My advice- use the kiosk to order one, the person staffing the kitchen will usually load it up a bit heavy on the meat compared to the grab-and-go ones. Breakfast? They have you covered. Breakfast tacos (with brisket if you want) and the breakfast scramble, which I find amazing at $2.99. A good portion of scrambled eggs with your choice of veggies and meat. I love the veggie scramble with the salsa from over by the roller grills. The pizza? Easily on par with most delivery places. It's not Conan's, but then, what is? We took some to a club meeting and folks couldn't believe it was from a "gas station." The soft serv ice cream is a steal at $0.49 a cone or cup. It tends to melt pretty quickly, but that might just be the blast furnace that is Central Texas in August/September. My wife has fallen in love with the pretzels (and the brisket sandwiches.) I'm a huge fan of the hot dogs with mustard, onion and celery salt. And herein is where I am derailed from describing my first trip into QT and quickly devolving into... well... OK... I have a problem. QT has become our new stop. For, like, everything. The gas is among the lowest prices in Round Rock. We had a leak in a tire- their air is free. BUT bring a tire gauge, since their system didn't have a pressure readout when we used it. Their drinks are $0.59 for a 32oz, the soft serv is likewise cheap, their pizza, hot dogs, and sandwiches are extremely tasty... I'll admit it. I'm a bad parent. We've had dinner from here about once a week since we discovered it on our busy nights. And clean. Every time I'm in here someone is doing the floors. The bathrooms have been spotless. The counters and food service areas are always in great shape. The staff is extremely friendly- and check out the name tags. This place opened in 2019, and so many of the dates on their tags are from years ago. In asking about this, I find that the employees I've talked to relocated to the Round Rock area from points north to follow the company as they expanded into this market. It's amazing to find a company- a gas station, even- that takes care of their employees to the point that they'll move to help open new stores. Move to an expensive area, cost-of-living-wise. I'm impressed. And possibly zapped by some sort of mind control ray, or addicted to some arcane additive in the hot dogs. Whatever it is, our whole family unit is sort of enamored with QuikTrip. And it's not just us. I was visiting a campus in Leander and their staff were all QuikTrip fans of their nearby location. It's spreading. We're doomed. read more

Every time I stop by this store I run into Tyra (employee). She greets everyone with the biggest smile, always cleaning something and talk to every customer as if she really is happy they came in to store. She`s a keeper and so glad she`s at our neighborhood store. :) read more
