i purchased at this store only because they would del and set my ref in garage .did not get 50%…read more off and he charged for water lines but used mine because del did not bring one .that is the last thing i told sales person before i left store to be sure new water line would be del with ref .when i called store day after del he said i will call you thursday 10 am sharp to come out fri. the only reason he wanted to wait to call me is because he wanted to be sure i did not stop payment on check . the ref has door that in my opinion does not fit that ref .his add says only dent/ scratch is wrong with ref he sell .when i asked why he did not send water line he said that is supplied by del man. in store salesman said water line was included in price i paid for ref but then he said in my phone call next day $100.00 plus tip delivery fee included water line cost . honesty and integrety are lacking at this place of business in my opinion. would not recommend this business .

I called the warranty/ Maytag number and am told that since I didn't purchase the Lowes "extended" warranty I was out of luck! Excuse me, what part of 5 years parts & labor from Maytag (its the Commercial model) would have me buy a 3 year overlapping warranty. But, Mr Appliance sent a tech. He listened to it running for about two minutes, said "Ive never heard that sound before?" And tells me the motor is out, ran no codes or any troubleshooting? Came back in with the estimate of $768. To fix a washer UNDER WARRANTY. ($975. Washer, 4 years old.) They charged me $125 for the service call but we're "supposed" to deduct it from my final bill. Ended up costing me 570 More to have them fix it . He replaced a perfectly good motor (and took the old one with him, even when I asked for it to be left, since I bought it. He ended up using process of elimination to decide it was the plastic gear and he "happened" to have a spare... for $80. Once that one piece went in. Ran perfectly. No break 9n the bill, no warranty help from Maytag. Didn't even deduct the $125 at the end. Done fighting both.. cut my loses and just let everyone know to avoid Both. Especially Maytag washers. ​

Reached out on Yelp through the project section and messaged 6 placed. Big Mikes was the first to respond and had the appointment set within 20 mins. The service tech arrived on time, had the parts with him and was able to fix it on the spot. He was in and out within 10 mins. The diagnostic, parts and labor was around $230. According to Google, it can be anywhere between $150 and $350 so to me it was a good deal! Also, came with a 100 day warranty! Will def call again if needed. :)
