And rudely asked customers to move by saying "uhhh EXCUSE me". When we were were walking in the main isle she acted like we were in her way. The other workers were very helpful. We bought a pressure washer and the older gentleman who helped us was great. He even recommended a product to help lubricate the hoses after use. Another worker, I think his name was Chuck, was great help answering questions about lawnmowers. It's terrible how one bad apple can ruin the store.

The lady at Beyond The Stitches encouraged me to bring it in so their repairman to look at. She said "Let us our repairman look at it. I really think he can fix it." I took it in and while I waited, he fixed it! It didn't need a whole new frame, I paid $2.59 for a new part and $50.00 for an hour labor! I was thrilled, my faith in Babylock machines has been restored and these people are a godsend to the community!! They are so kind and caring and I really appreciate them all.

I called the warranty/ Maytag number and am told that since I didn't purchase the Lowes "extended" warranty I was out of luck! Excuse me, what part of 5 years parts & labor from Maytag (its the Commercial model) would have me buy a 3 year overlapping warranty. But, Mr Appliance sent a tech. He listened to it running for about two minutes, said "Ive never heard that sound before?" And tells me the motor is out, ran no codes or any troubleshooting? Came back in with the estimate of $768. To fix a washer UNDER WARRANTY. ($975. Washer, 4 years old.) They charged me $125 for the service call but we're "supposed" to deduct it from my final bill. Ended up costing me 570 More to have them fix it . He replaced a perfectly good motor (and took the old one with him, even when I asked for it to be left, since I bought it. He ended up using process of elimination to decide it was the plastic gear and he "happened" to have a spare... for $80. Once that one piece went in. Ran perfectly. No break 9n the bill, no warranty help from Maytag. Didn't even deduct the $125 at the end. Done fighting both.. cut my loses and just let everyone know to avoid Both. Especially Maytag washers. ​
