I went in for gel manicure and pedicure. I was satisfied with their service. I regret not getting the names for the team that worked on my nails but they did a fantastic job. They took their time to make sure the final product came out great! The older lady who worked my hands was kind hearted. I spent a total of $51 ($30 for mani and pedi, $20 for gel add on plus the credit/debit card fee, I believe). I normally get my nails done anywhere near where I'm working but I'm glad to know I now have a place closer to home. Rated 4 stars since I was hoping their massage chairs would be working but they weren't. Not their fault but I love getting a massage. read more

Nam is a psycho. I confronted him about painting my chrome nails the wrong color and he got super upset and started yelling at me. He claims that I changed my mind with the color. I SWEAR I did not, if it was my fault I would have NEVER made him change the color. He got so upset he cut ALL my nails off because I refused to pay for a color I didn't ask for. Nam started going berserk in front of a bunch of customers I was so embarrassed. He even threatened to call the police even AFTER I paid him for my pedi. He left my nails so ugly. TOO MANY TIMES??? YOU NEVER CHANGED MY COLOR. AT ALL. You took off the polish because YOU PAINTED IT THE WRONG COLOR. I PAID. Ask the customers who were there. Nam is a pathological liar. Close your nail salon! Just NO. I liked one nail tech here but not worth it to keep coming back. Called @ 345, was told to come in 30 mins. I was there @ 405, waited 15 surrounded by a pool of water by cables in their waiting area (dangerous). Was sat down in a pedicure massage chair eventually- doesn't work, was just left there .... so you work in a nail salon and don't know feet get wrinkly when just sitting in water. I would've gladly waited in the waiting area as oppose to in water. Other women were seated as I was, she begun to work on the first...im the 3rd. This ghetto, ratchet, nasty, nail salon needs to close. The owner does not care for his business, all you have to do is speak to him to know. He answers the phone disrespectful and hangs up in the same way-Nam. I've never gotten good customer service with him, he's careless and REEKS of cigarettes. So unprofessional. It was my first time there. I was charged for a manicure and a pedicure when I had asked for a full set I was yelled at for not being "clear enough". The price ended up being a total of $95 which if you ask me it was waaaay overpriced. The people were really nice aside from the lady that was doing my nails upset over it. read more

My friend and i always come here to relax and just have an awesome interaction with our nail technicians. I love the service they gave me here, they were all super nice and their service didn't feel rushed like most other places. I originally came "just for a pedicure with gel polish" since all the places I have gone to for a manicure have had the gel polish come off after a few days. To cut to the chase, the guy in charge reassured me that the gel wouldn't come off my fingernails and I ended up giving it a shot. To the point, I ended up going home with both a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and I'm finally giving them a review four and a half weeks later thanking them for their services. My daughter walked out with 4 coffin shaped nails and 2 squared shaped thumbs! As soon as I got home from getting a pedicure, my toe nails started to itch...that's when I realized I got this gross infection :( I just read a review about this place not cleaning their tools... I wish I would have read this before. The lady who did my pedicure offered me the most expensive pedicure (and was very pushy about it, too) I said yes just to try it out. I came here for the first time today as it was close to home. The reviews also weren't bad so I said why not. I just came in for a pedicure, they sat me down as soon as I came in. However all the employees were busy. I had my feet in water for about 15-20 minutes until one was done. As I sat & observed the ladies beside me get their pedicures I noticed they do not use new tools. This threw me off a little because all of the other nail salons I've been to open new tools in front of me or at least disinfected them. The price for the pedicure was fair but due to the fact that they do not disinfect their tools as they change customers was disgusting. I would not recommend this place at all. I was very excited in getting my nails done here, since it's been so long I had anything done to my nails (6 years to be exact) so at first I was pleased it was empty. Very clean store. But there was only 2 nail technicians and I had to wait over 10 minutes to be put in a chair. The lady seemed to know what she was doing UNTIL she started filing my nails , to say I got 3 nails over filed , literally had to pull my nails away from her to let her know it was enough. I was there for an hour before being seen in spite of having an appointment and left with the worst nail job I've ever received. My nails already looked old walking out of the door, I had gel paint on my cuticles and a very sloppy and uneven design. My hands didn't even match. It was so embarrassing, I had to go get my nails redone elsewhere the next day.
