Worst nails ever. This is the worst set I've ever gotten and paid for. Was there for 3 hours charged me 90 tipped 10 and they did my nails HORRIBLE. They were complaining about how I wanted my nails when they said they can do it-. DO NOT I REPEAT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE HORRIBLE WORK AND EXTREMELY RUDE.

didn't have a better picture but amazing! got french tips on my hands and toes. they did so good. fast service. they did try to sneak more things on to my bill but i mean thats business. my nails stayed for a month. i'll definitely be coming back. definitely a business where you have to stand ur ground and clarify what you want throughout the process or you won't be happy. very affordable and they were really nice.

At this establishment I got a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was honestly really good but the manicure was horrible and ruined my nails. I got the manicure about month ago and my nails still haven't recovered. I got a French tip and they pay more for that since it's a "design" and yet the nail artist still couldn't figure it out, she got the nail polish all over my hands and at the end it was like 30+. As soon as they dried, they started peeling. read more

I would ZERO star this!!! They broke 2 of my NATURAL NAILS. They filed my nails WAY TO THIN. To make matter worse owner told me to go home and to come again tomorrow so they can continue. Trust DONT COME HERE read more

Literally the worst. My mom sister and I went and all had terrible experiences. Mom almost slapped the guy doing her nails cause he was so gdamn rude. My guy was nice but he didn't know what he was doing. I mentioned multiple times I didn't want gel and they already had the uv thing plugged in and ready. Like don't have a shop if ur not trynna do a good job or simply listen to ur customers. Idk why I came back last time I came I had some bumpy *ss embarassing French tipped nails. Just go anywhere else read more

This place sucks... you know it's not owned by sunny because sunny was on top of it. This place offers low prices because you wait so long to serviced. Just because it's south la good customer service skill and attentiveness will keep people coming back. This place is not worth the extra $2 you'll save go elsewhere. Money talks they will learn. read more

READ READ READ READ THIS BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY . This place is cheap as well as there nails. Professional nail salons fun you put you feet in a very PROFESSIONAL tub but this one. No sis you put your feet in a bucket yes a regular bucket. And like I said yes it is cheaper than a high quality nail salon but if anything I would spend more money. read more

Worse customer service. Went in for a manicure, got ignored for 10 minutes when there was only 2 people in the whole location. Got asked what I wanted told them I wanted to get a nude color got looked at weird then I got ignored again. Just cause I'm a guy. Good luck on brining in cliental again. The most terrible experience with nail shops in LA happened to me here. I went in to get a gel mani pedi. They use the same tools for every y'all. They might rinse it if you're lucky if you're not they'll slightly wipe them with a napkin. This is are the worst myths about nail shops come to real life. As for the gel mani, the lady too quickly (barely) fixed my nails. While this was happening, I stepped on two roaches sitting down. The coloring was so messy I would've believed she was child just discovering nail polish. I obviously had to come in the next day to show them their mess. Very angryily they agreed to redo them. So they did, again, paint around my nails on my skin and called the job done. I would never wish this kind of terrible nail experience on my worst enemy. Please choose any other nail shop but this one. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP... I took my girlfriend for a pedicure and manicure I was disgusted of what I heard this lady telling the owner Sunny that she had caught fungus after getting a pedicure there yuck sickening and disgusting. The equipment they use do not get sterilized they keep using the same equipment on all their customers gross . Their towels, bathrooms are super dirty, the spa pedicure only gets wiped down with water . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL!!! read more

Went in to get a Pedi, i asked for the simple French tip look. Initially the lady said it would be $12. When i was ready to pay and be on my way, i was charged $18. I asked why? The lady said she gave me the wrong price. Ok whatever i payed went on with my life. Except 2 days later i looked at my nails and half of them were chipped. Very disappointing. Never coming back here. Cheap Nail Polish, Horrible Service. read more
