Not a lot of places do hard gel so it was hard to find. They took me in the same day, Moon did my nails. She filled in my previous hard gel and did a nice french tip as requested. Trini does beautiful nails, and they last me, Helen does great pedicures. I loved the place until they double booked me and wouldn't take me in, because I was 3 minutes late. He said it was because I was late but they had Already been working on other people, and couldn't even take me after because they were super busy. Yestersad: I just got them done at 8 pm (when they finished) it's 11 pm same day and they already chipped! I was hoping they stayed like this until Saturday but there is no way! I'm so upset. This time I got regular nail polish, it was $20. I went back the next day. I thought I'd give it a shot and ask for them to fix. A lot of these nail salon owners are not very friendly (from my experience) so I thought they would be upset, but they were not at all. The man on the first desk helped me and he was very kind. He explained that the girl put a gel coat, that's why they cracked. But he fixed them and they look great. No signs of cracks. read more

So far I have not been disappointed with their acrylic nail service. Their customer service can be a little better, Don can be a bit mean sometimes but it can also be the language barrier. Only reason I didn't give them a full 5 stars is because their wait time. I had an appointment one day and had to wait about 45 minutes before being seen. Kind of sucked. read more

They are up and current with designs. I am very pleased with their nail art. I will admit they are very pricey. I love this place. I've been getting my nails done here for years and I really enjoyed my time here plus the quality of their products/work is fantastic. It is pricey (actually I think their prices just went up a few dollars) but I still think it's worth it. The pedicure is very thorough and relaxing and their manicures look great and if you get the gel, it'll last you way more than 2 weeks. If I ever find a mistake or mess up my nails on the way out, they've always been really kind and they've fixed it for me. There is one downside but it can be easily avoided. Waited well over 1 hour and 30 minutes on a Wednesday night!!! Didn't even end getting my nails done. The owner never updated me on wait times even though I was sitting right in front of him. Once I decided to ask he said only 10 more minutes. Which was not accurate. He doesn't seem to care about his clientele and seems unapologetic when confronted about long waits or any oTher problem. They do an ok job but it is pricey considering the long wait times and lack of professional customer service. My nails were done by a probably new lady she seem a bit nervous and new, but she was the most the professional by far she also seems to be the youngest. She really took her time to do my nails and the waiting as being a walk in was about 10 minutes. I've never seen a person try to perfect the shape of a nail. I've only have gotten my nails done here once, but yesterday I decided to give them another chance. So I called yesterday to make an appointment at 3 and on the third try they finally answered. While I was at work I ended up having to stay later so I called them around 11 while I was on my lunch, I tried calling a handful of times and towards the end of my lunch every time I called it went straight to voicemail. I even tried contacting them on Instagram and nothing. I understand that sometimes they are busy and can't answer the phone but it's ridiculous.
