Decking not even with uneven gaps on the side, terrible cuts that should have been redone due to their error but of course they don't fix as it adds cost for them. Then leaving all trash on site not only from your job but from other jobs doing for the entire project (So much for everything including container). A suggestion for anyone thinking of using this company (big mistake IMO) would be to make sure every little detail is included in your contract to state exactly what you talked about and don't take Jim at his word as he is not reliable.

They sealed nearby windows and bricks, they hung tarps before rainstorms, they scraped snow and ice off the roof and checked under rubber, replaced and reapplied waterproofing materials. Water is insidious. I thought I was doomed to live in a raining kitchen. They chased that leak until they found it...in a steel lined wooden gutter around an opening to a downspout! They were only hired to replace a small roof, and they did it beautifully, but they stuck with me until they found the leak and never charged me another cent. That is superior customer service!

After asking R.W. Stanley to estimate what it would take to repair four (4) cracks in my driveway…read more Some portions of these cracks were over two (2) inches wide. He said he wouldn't repair it and it should be replaced and that would even improve the home value. The existing driveway was removed and a new asphalt driveway was completed. The driveway appeared to be a good decision even spending $4900 in 2014. After a mere three (3) years cracks started to appear even with the driveway being sealed. After measuring the thickness of the asphalt thru these cracks it only measured from 1/2" to 1-1/2". It did not meet the estimate for a 3" thickness. At one point backing up my F-150 truck on driveway the blacktop shattered into pieces at driveways edge. After investigating I found the asphalt to be less that 1/2" and many bits of orange type tile was exposed. Kind of senseless knowing that BBB ratings were high and on line recommendations were so positive. Maybe the work done on my driveway was done on an off day?.....what do you think? Be vigilant on this contractor to ensure you get what you pay for. My original driveway was here almost 44 years since I bought the house and this driveway has lasted 4 years and is in same condition as the original one I had them replace. Beware!
