The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. He asked for $1,500 upfront to start and was to start in 5 days. Upon receiving my check he drove 1.5 hours just to cash it at my bank the day he received it... One month later he is no where to be found! Every excuse why the job has not occurred. No contact for over a week and I have left several messages. I work to hard for my money to deal with a contractor like this.
