I literally have half the thickness of hair, no volume, and it just looks lifeless. It's also half an inch shorter on one side versus the other. Her only way to rectify this situation is to try and fix it but I will not let her touch my hair ever again. She's quite rude over text, constantly deflecting and gaslighting the customer. Definitely do not recommend. Apparently no refunds, even partial, are given from her, so this must be a common issue. I'd choose zero stars if I could.
