I use them all of the time. The family owned place has been there a very long time. They do same day service if you bring it in by 9am. Dry Cleaning has gotten expensive as of late, but it's not their fault. The processing and cleaning agents have gone up at least triple since the pandemic and inflation. read more

This cleaner is awful. First time we used them I didn't really feel like my clothes were cleaned and decided to give it a second chance. Then my husband goes to get my pants and the woman can't find one of the 4 pairs. He had to go back into her shop and find them. When we got home I saw that one pair has MASSIVE STAINS all over the backside of the pants. These were not here before we went to the cleaners. This absolutely ruined my $160 work pants. STAY AWAY! Contaminated solvents, poor service, and dishonest pricing! I was a customer of 8+ years and the original husband and wife couple that ran it were fantastic, they moved back to China a few months ago and left the store to "Auntie" (that's what she calls herself) who has run the business into the ground. They are no longer reliable to have items ready when they say they will be, they use dishonest pricing where they ring up the items higher on the register vs what is posted on the sign on the wall, and what finally did it in for me is that it seems they are using cheaper contaminated solvents to clean the clothes now as after my last batch of dry cleaning my entire body has broken out with a rash, which the doctor advised is dermatitis caused by the dry cleaners. I will no longer be returning and at the dishonest pricing they are charging now there are tens of other options in the area. Good riddance. read more

My husband and I are both workers in essential businesses. Between the both of us, we only have maybe 1-2 days off during the week, definitely not enough time to clean the house and do all the laundry, wash and fold. We decided to give H Town Cleaners a try, since they were on the way home and only charged $0.69 /lb for the wash and fold service. We dropped off a load of 40lbs at around 12pm and got it back the next day at 3pm. Everything was clean, dry and folded so neatly. We will definitely be back to wash with yall every week! The OWNER and the BUSINESS NAME of this place is AWESOME!!! ;) I come here frequently since it's near where I work. The owner is this sweet funny spunky chinese lady w/ a heavy accent who genuinely loves her customers. I haven't been there in several months and when I came back she was like.. "Where have you been? I have something for you!" She came out and brought me this Banana Republic dress that was given to her, can't fit it so she's been holding onto it for the past couple of months to give me. SWEETNESS!!! :*) They run a very professional business and they do everything here! It's a pit stop for all your linens. They do all the dry cleaning at the same location and not even once have they messed up my stuff. I've tried some new places around that area and some left this mildew'ish smell, eew. They also wash & fold, they dry clean comforters.... and they even dry clean tablecloths. Which we need from time to time, we took our tablecloths there and she dry cleaned them for a cheaper rate since we had over 30. They also do alterations, just let them know when you need it and they'll get it done. Great place! read more

I have gone to H TOWN CLEANER since 2007 . They are the only cleaners that I have used since I liked the owner and always received good customer service and quality cleaning ...I thought. A few years ago I noticed on a couple of my older shirts that there small tears under the collar. The owner suggested the were just old which they were. Then recently I noticed that more than twenty of my dress shirts had tears under the collar and always on the right hand side. I pointed it out and the owners husband said it must have happened a long time ago as if he knew a problem had existed. Most of my shirts are 1.5 to 2.5 years old with many years of life left or should have had. No resolution was offered. Three of the shirts were expensive in $150 range with most in the $80 - 100 range. They offered no satisfaction or resolution. When I pick up my shirts on Monday, i will ask I have a friend in the drycleaning busi ness who stated "something is wrong with presser. Could be a padding issue. But MORE LIKELY the stainless steel head is pinching or cutting the shirt when it closes." I will discuss with next visit about any compensation they would like to offer as satisfaction. 1st visit 4/6/14 dropped off early morning for the wash and fold service. I hadn't done laundry in two weeks and had 39 pounds of laundry. At only $.69 per pound I ended up paying only $30 with taxes. Their service is priced much lower than any other laundry place. Not sure if it because they are a dry cleaners and not a washateria, but this is a steal. They provided me with great service and were very friendly and polite. I picked up my clothes at 3pm and they were folded nicely and smelled clean. This was my first wash and fold experience and was a good one. I will definitely return here for all of my clothes needs and I will post a update on my follow up visits. read more
